Three protozoa (Bodo edax, Colpoda cucullus, Amoeba proteus) were isolated from soil. The porous simulation with glass bead, soil column and root box incubation experiments were made to study the association of protozoa movement with phosphorus translocation and its influencing factors. The effects of protozoa on corn growth and corn straw mineralization were also involved. The results showed that protozoa movement in glass bead column was greatly controlled by the pore sizes. Bodo edax, about 5-7 m, could pass through the pores of 28-20 11 m in diameters. Colpoda cucullus (30-60 m) could move through the pores of 155~116 m. However, no Amoebaproteus(100~150 m) was found in the effluents from all the columns. All the three protozoa made 32P redistribution in soil column.

本研究利用土壤中常见的3种原生动物(梨波豆虫Bodo edax、僧帽肾形虫Colpoda cucullus、大变形虫Amoeba proteus)，通过玻璃珠孔隙模拟、土柱及根箱培养试验，研究3种原生动物运动与磷素运移之间的关系及其影响因素，以及原生动物对玉米磷素营养的影响，同时对3种原生动物在玉米秸秆分解中的作用做了初步的探索，研究结果表明：原生动物的运动与孔隙密切相关，Bodo edax(5～7μm)能够穿过28～20μm孔隙，Colpoda cucullus (30～60μm)只能穿过155～116μm的孔隙，而Amoeba proteus(100～150μm)不能从玻璃柱中流出。

objective to explore the reasonable utilization of cephalosporins in chronic renal failure patients with cephalosporin encephalopathy.method we retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics of 29 crf patients,who developed encephalopathic syndrome and was treated with cephalosporin.results the encepha1opathic syndrome include (1)mental confusion in 4 cases;(2)unconsciousness in 2 cases;(3)seizure in 23 cases.physical examination did not show signs of cerebral focal injury.computed tomography of the brain in 29 patients did not show acute lesions.the state of neurotoxicity was completely recovered after discontinuation of cephalosporins.conclusion cephalosporins used in conventional doses or reduced doses can cause temporary encephalopathy in patients with crfwhich might due to prolongation of drug half life.

目的 通过研究慢性肾功能衰竭患者抗生素脑病的发病机制和临床特点，探讨头孢菌素在crf患者中的合理应用。方法 29例crf患者在使用常规剂量或减量使用头孢菌素后出现神经精神症状，诊断为抗生素脑病，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果神经精神症状表现多样：(1)精神异常4例，表现为胡言乱语、烦躁不安、睡眠倒错；(2)意识障碍2例，表现为嗜睡、昏睡、神志不清；(3)癫痫样抽搐23例，表现为肌阵挛、全身抽搐、癫痫样发作；部分患者同时出现几组症状。所有患者均无神经系统定位体征，行颅脑ct检查无急性病变。

METHODS: Osteoporosis model was prepared with injection of dexamethasonc. Antagonism osteoporosis acupoint paste on acupoints and non-neridian places was administrated to compare with oral recipe for kidney tonification in the treatment of osteoporosis. It took the changes in serum estrogen, bone density, calcitonin/parathyroid hormone, thyrotropic hormone, free T3 and free T4 as the measuring indexes. Results: Bushen Huoxue prescription can dose dependent increase T-lymphocyte dyeing rate, carbon particle clearance index number, haemolysin antibody formation and delayed type hypersensitivity on deficiency of kidney-Yin Jimpy mice.

结果：补肾活血方呈剂量依赖性增加肾阴虚小鼠的T淋巴细胞染色率、增加碳粒廓清指数、增强溶血素抗体生成及增强迟发型超敏反应。
