Methods: Selective renal artery embolization was performed in 68 patients via femoral artery with Seldinger technique, 30 cases were embolized with gelatin sponge chips before operation for renal carcinoma, and 8 cases were embolized with MMC and iodized oil, and gelatin sponge for palliative treatment of advanced renal carcinoma, 6 cases were embolized with thread segments for symptomatic renal angiomyolipoma, 24 cases were embolized with self blood coagulum, gelatin sponge and/or steel coils for traumatic renal hemorrhage.

采用改良Seldinger技术经皮股动脉穿刺插管，对68例进行选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗，其中30例为肾癌术前辅助治疗，应用明胶海绵颗粒栓塞；8例为晚期肾癌姑息性治疗，采用丝裂霉素＋碘油的乳剂行末梢栓塞，然后用明胶海绵行肾动脉主干栓塞；6例症状性肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤，采用真丝线段栓塞；24例肾创伤出血，采用自身血块、明胶海绵或弹簧钢圈栓塞。

Immunohistochemical localization of inhibin α-subunit in normal mature rats was carried out by using Strept Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex .The results showed that there was positive immunoreactivity of the McAb to inhibinα-subunit in heart ,kidney , spleen , lymph ,adrenal gland and pancreas cells. It indicated that inhibinα-subunit existed in the above tissues , But no positive sites were seen in hypothalamus, pituitary, lung and liver, that means they have no inhibinα-subunit. Compared with the ovariectomized rats, the hypothalamus and pituitary of the rats injected with inhibin-α fragment（1～32）showed an positive reaction, suggesting that inhibin α-subunit could pass through the blood-brain barrier .

用链霉亲和素-生物素-过氧化物酶(Strept Avidin-Biotin-Peroxidase Complex， SABC)免疫组织化学方法，以抑制素α亚基单克隆抗体对正常雌性性成熟大鼠各组织的抑制素α亚基进行定位观察，结果显示：⑴大鼠心脏、肾、脾、淋巴、肾上腺、胰腺均呈阳性反应，表明存在抑制素α亚基；下丘脑、垂体、肝脏和肺组织呈阴性反应，表明其不存在抑制素α亚基；⑵与去卵巢大鼠相比，外源注射抑制素α（1～32）片段的大鼠其下丘脑和垂体出现阳性反应，说明抑制素α亚基能通过血脑屏障。

The results obtained are as follows:(1) intrarenal artery injection of capsaicin (20, 40, and 60 nmol/kg) increased the renal afferent nerve activity in a dose-dependent manner with unchanged arterial pressure;(2) pretreatment with ruthenium red (40 mmol/kg), a capsaicin receptor antagonist, completely abolished the effect of capsaicin; and (3) pretreatment with a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor L-NAME ( N6-nitro-L-arginine methylester, 0.1 mmol/kg), significantly enhanced the ARNA response to capsaicin.

结果表明：(1)肾动脉内注射辣椒素20、40和60nmol/kg可呈剂量依赖性地兴奋肾传入纤维的活动，而动脉血压不变；(2)静脉内预先应用辣椒素受体阻断剂钌红(40 mmok/kg)，可完全阻断辣椒素对肾传入纤维的兴奋作用。(3)静脉内预先注射一氧化氮合酶抑制剂L-NAME(0.1 mmok/kg)，能延长并增强肾传入神经对辣椒素的反应。

Previously we found that ARNA response was impaired in rat nephropathies of puromycin aminonucleoside, lipopolysaccharide, or cyclosporine A, and these sensory defects were ameliorated in rats pretreated with hypoxia preconditioning. However, the underlying mechanisms are not clear.

依据本实验室之前研究，在许多肾病变中，包括：嘌呤霉素核苷酸（puromycin aminonucleoside， PAN）、内毒素（lipopolysaccharide， LPS）、以及环孢菌素A（cyclosporine A， CsA）所引起的肾病变中，都观察到肾脏感觉功能失调的现象，而且本实验室之前的研究也发现低氧预处理能够减缓这些疾病中肾感觉功能失调的现象。

Retrospective analysis of 761 case-times successive color Doppler sonography for 518 renal transplant patients was carried out. six parameters of sonography were used to compare, the CsA-NT hemodynamic changes among the patients with normal function, rejected and hydronephrotic kidney.

摘 要 通过对518例肾移植患者连续761次彩色超声波结果进行了回顾性分析，从6项超声指标中，比较了功能正常的移植肾与排斥、急性肾小管坏死、肾积水和环孢素肾毒性血液动力学变化。

Results: The Ang II levels increased significantly in the atresia follicles, either in follicular fluid or in the medium of cultured thecal cells. At the same time the renin activity levels decreased markedly. No significant change in the levels of both Ang II and renin activity was found in the medium of cultured granulosa cells.

结果：卵泡在闭锁状态下的Agn II水平在卵泡液中以及卵泡膜细胞培养液中均显著升高，肾素活性水平明显下降；颗粒细胞培养液中两项指标均无明显改变。

These results demonstrate that endothelium-specific GTPCH I overexpression abrogates O2 production and preserves eNOS phosphorylation, which results in preserved structural and functional integrity of resistance mesenteric arteries and lowered blood pressure in low-renin hypertension.

这些结果证实内皮特异性的GTPCH I过表达消除超氧阴离子的产生、保持eNOS磷酸化，从而保持肠系膜阻力动脉结构和功能完整、降低低肾素高血压动物的血压水平。

To investigated the pathogenesis of AA,the rennin activity,angiotensinⅠ and angiotensin Ⅱ concentration in peripheral blood and BM of 22 AA patients were detected by radioimmunnoassay,16 nonhematological disease patients with nomal blood counts and BM picture were used as control,and the differeence between two groups was compared.

为了探讨AA的发病机制，运用放射免疫方法检测22例AA患者骨髓和外周血肾素活性及AngⅠ、AngⅡ浓度，并以16例外周血常规和骨髓检查正常的患者为对照组，比较两组之间的差异。
