国外的一些研究表明，骨髓细胞在一定条件下还可以向肾小球细胞分化，在不同的动物模型中分化成为肾小球的系膜细胞、内皮细胞和足细胞，但国内却鲜有报道。

Results The model showed serious edema, proteinuria, hypoproteinemia, and hyperlipidemia. Podocytes were swollen and mesangial cells developed mild hyperplasia at the end of the fourth week. The nephric tubule atrophied at the end of the eighth week accompanied with adhesion between glomeruli and Bowman's capsule. Glomeruli sclerosis of mild or medium degree was observed at the end of the twelfth week with obvious lymphocyte infiltration in the renal interstitium as well as the formation of collagen fibers.

结果 该模型表现为严重水肿、大量蛋白尿、低蛋白血症和高脂血症；病理学检查显示，4周末肾小球足细胞肿胀，系膜细胞轻度增生；8周末有球囊粘连，肾小管上皮细胞萎缩；12周末部分肾小球节段性轻、中度硬化，间质内有明显灶性淋巴细胞浸润，并有轻度纤维化。

Results In the 102 males,84 females,who are average 13~65(30.7±13) years old,there are 76(41%) cases of nephrotic syndrome,59(32%) cases of chronic glomerulonephritis,41(22%) cases of latent glomerulonephritis,10(5%) cases of acute nephritic syndrome.

结果 本组资料中男102例，女84例，年龄13~65岁，平均(30.7±13)岁，其中肾病综合征76例，慢性肾小球肾炎59例，隐匿性肾小球肾炎41例，急性肾炎综合征10例；所占比例分别为41%、32%、22%、5%。

This study is to observe the effect of of Fluvastatin in adriamycin-induced nephropathic rats. Methods The 45 male rats were randomly divided into three groups:normal control group、non-treated nephropathy group、Fluvastatin-treated group.

结果 观察相差显微镜与流式细胞分析仪RBC-info尿红细胞均一型、变异型、混合型形态符合率分别为91.4%、94.4%、83.3%，与RBC-70Fsc符合率分别是94.9%、95.7%、94.7%，与RBC-Fsc-DW符合率分别是84.4%、86.8%、90.5%，流式细胞分析仪与相差显微镜的特异性在肾小球性血尿和非肾小球性血尿分别是84.3%、88.1%和83.3%、87.9%。

The relationships of VEGF with the indices of renal damage, including renal/body weight, urinary protein excretion, glomerular volume and glomerular area, were analyzed. Results The expression of VEGF mRNA in diabetic kidney was significantly up-regulated after operation from 2 weeks to 24 weeks with the peak level at 20weeks, when compared with control at the same time- points. The positive results of VEGF staining in diabetic glomeruli was increasingly observed after operation from 2 weeks to 24 weeks, with the peak at 20 weeks. The positive results of VEGF staining in diabetic tubuli was increasingly seen from 2 weeks to 24 weeks, with the peak at 8 weeks.

结果 VEGF mRNA在糖尿病模型组大鼠肾脏中持续高表达，各时点与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P.05)；糖尿病组2~24周肾小球VEGF蛋白表达强于对照组(P.05)，24周时有所减弱，但仍强于对照组；糖尿病组各时点肾小管VEGF蛋白表达均强于对照组(p.05)， 8周后表达明显增强；VEGF表达变化与肾质量／体质量(r=0.518， P＝0.001)、尿蛋白(r=0.409， p=0.001)、肾小球面积(r=0.499， P-0.000)和体积(r=0.499， P-0.000)呈正相关。
