为探讨穿心莲API0134防治家兔系膜增殖性肾炎作用机理，采用高胆固醇饲料另加牛血清白蛋白一次性注射方法建立家兔M sPGN模型，观察4～8周，检测血清一氧化氮，血浆内皮素，环鸟苷酸（cGMP 脂质过氧化物以及肾组织形态学改变。

Methods Analyse the CT features of 100 cases with Acute Pancreatitis retrospectively; focus on the involved parts,the eperiphery and the interval behind peritoneum, especially the part of tendon velamen in front of the kidney.

回顾性分析100例急性胰腺炎的CT表现，重点观察胰腺的受累情况，胰周及腹膜后间隙，特别是肾前筋膜的受累情况。

Results 100 cases were of pancreas edema; illegibility around it; the structure is damaged; some spots and small pieces in the low density parts can be found; the pancreas pipes were enlarged; the parts of tendon velamen in front of the kidney were mangled.

结果：100例患者CT表现胰腺肿胀，胰周边界不清，结构不完整，实质内点状、小片状低密度区，胰管扩张，肾前筋膜受侵，尤其是左侧肾前筋膜。

We evaluated 350 tumors: 136 ES, including 64 conventional ES, 64 proximal-type ES, and 8 with hybrid features of conventional and proximal-type ES; 54 metastatic carcinomas (22 from lung, 6 breast, 6 stomach, 5 colorectum, 5 kidney, 5 prostate, 5 pancreas); 12 metastatic testicular embryonal carcinomas; 20 metastatic melanomas; 20 epithelioid mesotheliomas; 20 epithelioid angiosarcomas; 10 epithelioid hemangioendotheliomas; 24 epithelioid malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors; 22 myoepithelial carcinomas of soft tissue; 7 anaplastic large cell lymphomas; 5 histiocytic sarcomas; and 10 control MRT of infancy (4 brain, 3 liver, 2 soft tissue, 1 kidney).

我们总共研究了350例肿瘤：136例ES，其中包括64例寻常型ES、64例近端型ES和8例混有前两型特征的混合型ES；54例转移癌（22例来自肺、6例来自乳腺、6例来自胃、5例来自结直肠、5例来着肾、5例来着前列腺、5例来着胰腺）；12例转移性睾丸胚胎性癌；20例转移性黑色素瘤；20例上皮样间皮瘤；20例上皮样血管肉瘤；10例上皮样血管内皮瘤；24例上皮样恶性外周神经鞘膜瘤；22例软组织的肌上皮癌；7例间变性大细胞淋巴瘤；5例组织细胞肉瘤；10例作为对照的婴幼儿MRT（4例位于脑、3例位于肝、2例位于软组织、1例位于肾）。

D. N big mouse model was successfully made by adopting single side kidney cutting with induction, then by 24 week continuos observation on the change of various values of kidney and function, through testing of immunity florescence, electro-scope and optical scope, what we can see from model group is that typical kidney small cell got hardened by knot, and discarded, and dead, also small tube withered, small cell of on base film got thick, cell capsule wall was fibred, and base film got double layered.

实验研究采用单侧肾切除加以链脲佐菌素诱导，成功地复制出糖尿病肾病大鼠模型，对其肾脏结构和功能的改变各项指标，连续进行24周动态观察，并进行免疫荧光、电镜、光镜检测，结果表明：糖尿病肾病模型组可见典型的肾小球节段硬化、废弃、坏死，有大量蛋白管型，肾小球管糖元空泡沉积及脂肪滴，肾小管萎缩，肾小球基底膜明显增厚，球囊壁纤维化，基底膜双层化，有一例结核性肉芽组织及钙化等病理变化。
