As reported in the December Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, Dr. Suzan Khoromi and colleagues at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland tested the hypothesis that chronic pain actiates adrenocorticotropic and cortisol and suppresses luteinizing hormone and testosterone.

On the basis of the above studies, the effects and mechanisms of microinjection of glucocorticoid or mineralocorticoid into the rVLM on the arterial blood pressure, HR, pressor and tachycardiac responses produced by stimulation of the dorsal periaquaductal gray in the midbrain were further observed and analysed in the acute experiments on normotensive rats.

在此基础上，进一步在急性动物实验中观察分析肾上腺糖、盐皮质激素在rVLM区对血压、心率、电刺激防御反应区诱发的防御性升压和加快心率反应的作用及其机制。

Results:① Neuroglobin-immunocreactive positive cells were detected in cortex, thalamencephalon, hippocampus, hypothalamus, cerebellum, brain stem and spinal cord;② Ngb-IR positive nerve cells were also detected in peripheral nervous system such as intramural ganglia, myelinated nerve fiber and retina;?Substantial Ngb protein expression was also found in metabolically active endocrine tissues such as the pituitary gland , adrenal gland and testis.?

结果：(1)在所观察的大脑皮质、海马、丘脑、下丘脑、脑干、小脑和脊髓神经细胞都出现Ngb蛋白免疫阳性反应，不同区域表达强度不同：(2)在外周神经系统的神经节、有髓神经纤维和视网膜也观察到Ngb免疫阳性反应；(3)垂体、肾上腺、睾丸也可见到Ngb-IR阳性细胞。

Objective: To investigate the effectivenesses and the adverse effects of Cyclosporine A combining with adrenal cortex hormone and hydroxychloroquine for refractory thrombopenia in primary Sjgren syndrome.

目的：探讨环孢素A(cyclosporine A， CSA)联合肾上腺皮质激素、羟氯喹治疗原发性干燥综合征并难治性血小板减少症的疗效及不良反应。

Methods: We selected fifteen cases patients of refractory thrombopenia in primary Sjgren syndrome, whom were treated by Cyclosporine A 5 mgkg^(-1)d^(-1) combining with adrenal cortex hormone and Hydroxychloryquine.

对15例原发性干燥综合征并难治性血小板减少症患者，应用环孢素A 5mgkg^(-1)d^(-1)联合肾上腺皮质激素、羟氯喹治疗，用药期间定期检查血象、肝肾功能、血压，观察不良反应。

Methods 23 cases of Nelsons syndrome operated in our department in last 19 years were analyzed retrospectively. The clinical features included increasing cutaneous pigmentation after bilateral adrenalectomy, markedly elevated ACTH level, pituitary adenoma in CT or/and MRI. Transsphenoidal surgery was done in 21 cases, transfrontal craniotomy in 2 cases. A follow-up period ranged from half a year to 9 years.

对我科手术治疗的23例该病病例进行回顾性研究，临床特点包括肾上腺切除手术后皮肤粘膜色素沉着，血ACTH水平升高，影像学检查发现垂体腺瘤，21例经蝶窦手术，2例经额开颅，随访时间从半年至9年。
