目的 探讨不典型青年肺癌误诊的原因，以期提高对本病的认识。方法对32例误诊的青年肺癌(5岁)患者的发病情况、临床表现、影像学检查、支气管镜及手术病理检查进行分析。结果 32例患者中，误诊为肺结核8例，肺炎7例，结核性胸膜炎6例，肩周炎3例，关节炎2例，短暂性脑缺血发作2例，偏头痛2例，椎间盘突出2例。结论青年肺癌临床症状不典型，误诊率较高。
