Objective: To compare the quality of life in patients with NSCLC after video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery versus standard posterolateral thoracotomy.

目的：探讨电视辅助胸腔镜肺癌根治术与传统后外侧开胸肺癌根治术对肺癌患者术后短期生存质量的影响。

Methods Hepatoma carcinoma cells and pulmonary carcinoma cells were cultured in vitro, Mononuclear cells in healthy person's peripheral blood were collected. PBMCs were mixed with liver cancer and lung cancer cells by proportion, and enriched tumor cells by superparamagnetic nanoparticle antibody complex, lung cancer specificness was identified by fluorescence nanocrystals bioprobe. We smeared tumor cells on glass slide and identified pulmonary carcinoma cells specfficity by fluorescence nanocrystals bioprobe.

体外培养人肝癌细胞和肺癌细胞，采集健康人外周血单个核细胞，将PBMC与肝癌细胞和肺癌细胞按比例混合，通过磁粒抗体复合物富集癌细胞，用荧光纳米晶探针进行肺癌特异性鉴定。

In this study, CT chest examination, post-operative pathological examination, aspirating hydrothorax, cytological examination, fiberbronchoscope and biopsy were used to confirm 154 patients with lung of cancer.

收集154例经胸部CT检查、手术病理检查、抽胸水作细胞学检查、纤维支气管镜检查及取活检等方法确诊为肺癌的病例，着重研究这些肺癌的CT表现及相应的病理基础，并且对这些肺癌的不同表现进行分类。

摘要］背景与目的：近年来支气管肺动脉联合成形术愈来愈广泛的应用于肺功能不佳的肺癌患者中，该术式符合最大限度地切除肺癌和最大限度地保留肺功能的肺癌手术原则，该项手术技术有着很好的前景。

Results Risk of lung cancer increased steadily with duration of exposure to nitrosoamine, which roached the peak after a latency, about 20 to 30 years after initiation of exposure, and then lowered rapidly.Conclusion The pettern of exposure to nitrosoamine shown in the rubber workers conformed with the features of a late-stage carcininogen for lung cancer.

结果 肺癌危险度随亚硝胺暴露年数增加而稳定升高，从暴露开始后经过一个潜隐期(大约20～30年)，肺癌危险度达到最高峰，然后迅速下降，结论本资料中亚硝胺暴露对肺癌危险度所显示的结果符合晚期阶段致癌原的特性。

将研究对象分为4组，观察组选择经病理学检查或细胞学检查确诊的152例原发性支气管肺癌患者，其中男88例，女64例，平均年龄60.04±11.98岁，临床分期Ⅰ期32例，Ⅱ期26例，Ⅲ期52例，Ⅳ期42例，经病理确诊的共81人，其中非小细胞肺癌66例，小细胞肺癌15例。
