Results: The most common locations of PIP were at the margin of both lower lobes and associated with local pleural thickening and adhesion. The density of nodule in which CT attenuation value was 15~60 HU (26.9±13.5HU) was lower than that of PLC. Most of them were round/round-like and irregular in shape. The interior density of lesion was inhomogeneous. The presence of calcification or multiple cavitations, straight margin sign, hole sign and without hilar and mediastinal adenopathy were of great significance in the diagnosis of such kind of disease.

结果：炎性假瘤多位于两肺下叶，邻近胸膜增厚、粘连，病灶密度偏低（平扫CT值15~60HU，平均26.9±13.5HU），与周围型肺癌比较有统计学差异，其形态以圆形／类圆形和不规则形多见，病灶内密度多不均匀，可见钙化及多发空洞，边缘呈平直状、周围见毛玻璃样改变及肺门纵隔无淋巴结肿大等征象对本病的CT诊断有意义。

Results Interlobular septa thickening was shown in 16 cases; ground-glass opacification was revealed in 14 cases; irregular lines were found in 11 cases, bronchiolcctasis was noted in 7 cases; micro nodules were demonstrated in 4 cases; and honey combing alteration was visualized in 3 cases.

结果 28例肺类风湿性病活动期患者CT异常改变显示：①小叶间隔增厚16例，②不规则纤维索条影11例，③磨玻璃样变14例，④牵拉性细支气管扩张7例，⑤结节状气腔实变病灶4例，⑥蜂窝样灶3例，以网格样及磨玻璃样病变多见。2种表现的CT评分结果与肺弥散功能存在负相关性。

Abstract］ objective to study the knowledge of the imaging manifestation of x-ray and ct in peripheral small lung cancer.methods to collect twenty cases with no symptom in early time diagnosed by clinic and to retrospectively analyze their imaging features.results x-ray appeared patch,small node.ct appeared patch,small node,light lobulation,peripheral vessel convergence,pleural indentation sign.most of the diameter was 1.5 to 2 cm,with no mediastinum and pulmonary hilar lymph nodes diversion.furthermore the clinical symptom was not obviously.conclusion to be familiar and handling the sign mentioned above is the key to boost the diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer.

目的 探讨周围型小肺癌的x线、ct影像学表现。方法收集临床和病理证实的早期无症状肺癌20例，对其影像学进行回顾分析。结果本组早期肺癌x线为斑片状、小结节状。ct表现为斑片状、小结节状、轻度分叶状肿块，小毛刺、血管集束征、胸膜凹陷征，大多直径在1.5～2 cm。无纵隔淋巴及肺门转移，且临床症状不明显。结论熟悉并掌握上述征象是提高小肺癌早期诊断率的关键。

The management for extralobar pulmonary sequestration and bronchogenic cyst located at the extrathorax and mediastinum was simple resection. For congenital adenomatoid malformation, intrapulmonary bronchogenic cyst and intralobar pulmonary sequestration, total lobectomy was done. All the 10 patients are living well now, after from 6 months to 7 years of follow-up.
