Abstract］ Objective To observe the treatment methods of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis.

目的 探讨肺泡蛋白沉积症的治疗方法。

The anastomosing occurred between the pleural superficial and the subpleural vascular networks on the capillary level or the precapillary level. The honeycomb vascular networks were also various in size and form at a low magnification. The venule connected with the pulmonary capillary networks directly at a high magnification. The single capillary networks were found in the alveolar septa. The longitudinal crests and dense round imprints of endothelial nuclei and the clear circular constrictions were found on the surface of the larger vessel in the lung parenchyma. The round imprints of endothelial nuclei also occurred on the subpleural venule and capillary.

胸膜面浅层的微血管与胸膜下微血管之间形成毛细血管水平或毛细血管前水平的吻合；低倍镜下肺实质内微血管网也呈现大小不等、形态各异的蜂窝状结构；高倍镜下肺泡毛细血管与微静脉之间联系紧密；在肺泡隔内毛细血管网成单层分布；肺实质内管径较大的微血管表面可以见到纵行的嵴状结构和密集的内皮细胞核的压痕，以及明显的环形缩窄；胸膜下微静脉和毛细血管表面可见圆形内皮细胞核的压痕。

These results suggested that the lung Fib were activated and produced excess HA, resulting in the excessive accumulation of HA within the lung at the stage of alveolitis during the process of pulmonary fibrosis. However, increased HA synthesis of lung Fib and increased HA levels in BALF merely reflect the intensity of alveolitis and the disease activity rather than the degree of pulmonary fibrosis.

以上结果提示：肺Fib在肺纤维化的早期肺泡炎阶段就处于活化状态，产生HA增多，导致肺内HA的过多聚积，肺Fib产生HA增多和BALF中HA水平的增高可反映肺泡炎的强度和疾病的活动性，但并不能反映肺胶原代谢或纤维化的程度。

Different measures of potentill anserine extract has different effects on endothelial cell of capillary vessel of small rats' alveolar wall. Endothelial cell of capillary vessel of alveolar wall has hyperplasia and hypertrophy in different degrees; it leads to permeability of capillary vessel increasing in different extent. With the situation, different concentration of potentill anserine extract promotes vascular endothelial cell factor of small rat's pulmonary tissue secretion.

不同剂量的蕨麻提取物对小鼠肺泡壁毛细血管内皮细胞的影响不同，肺泡壁毛细血管内皮细胞呈不同程度的增生肥大导致毛细血管通透性呈现不同程度的增加，表明可能和不同浓度的蕨麻提取物促进小鼠肺组织某些血管内皮细胞因子（Vascular endothelial cell factor VECF ）的分泌功能有关。

The small rat pulmonary tissue surface of ⅲ and ⅳ group can't see any abnormality; the capillary vessel of alveolar wall dilation appears a little hyperemia in different degree under the microscope.conclusion different measures of potentill anserine extract has different effects on endothelial cell of capillary vessel of small rats' alveolar wall. endothelial cell of capillary vessel of alveolar wall has hyperplasia and hypertrophy in different degrees; it leads to permeability of capillary vessel increasing in different extent.

不同剂量的蕨麻提取物对小鼠肺泡壁毛细血管内皮细胞的影响不同，肺泡壁毛细血管内皮细胞呈不同程度的增生肥大导致毛细血管通透性呈现不同程度的增加，表明可能与不同浓度的蕨麻提取物促进小鼠肺组织某些血管内皮细胞因子（vascular endothelial cell factor vecf ）的分泌作用有关。

Significance: hypoxic perialveolar arteriole contracts, more blood flows through sufficient ventilation alveolar and carries on effective gas exchange.

意义：氧分压低的肺泡周围微动脉收缩，较多的血液流经通气充足的肺泡进行有效的气体交换。
