Result The HRCT appearances of EAA inciuded micronodules or nodules were seen in 8 cases,space consolidation in ten cases,ground-glass opacity in eight case, limited pulmonary emphysema in one case,four cases had air trapping and mosaic perfusion ,thick interlobular speta and honey combing in eight cases.

结果 外源性过敏性肺泡炎HRCT主要表现为微结节或结节8例，气腔实变10例，磨玻璃样变8例，局限性的空气残留并形成"马赛克"样灌注4例，局限性肺气肿1例，小叶间隔增厚及蜂窝状改变4例。
