肺水肿

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of reexpansion pulmonary edema.

目的 探讨复张性肺水肿的诊断与治疗。

Methods: Data of 20 patients with acute cardiac pulmonary edema were analyzed retrospectively.

回顾性分析近年来我院ICU收治的20例急性心源性肺水肿患者的临床资料。

回顾性分析1980～2006年12月28例复张性肺水肿的病例资料，其中自发性气胸引流和手术后发生11例，脓胸引流及手术后发生9例，肺部手术5例，胸腔巨大肿瘤切除术后发生3例。

Inordinately large doses in man may cause death by interference with gaseous exchange due to development of pulmonary edema.

用量过大，用药人因此产生肺水肿，干扰气体交换而导致死亡。
