Methods:32 patients of TCPC were reviewed: the average age was 10 years,ranged from 5 to 24 years and the average weight was 28 kilogramme,ranged from 13 to 55 kilogramme.18 patients underwent lateral tunnel and 1 patient underwent extracardiac conduit TCPC with hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass and heart arrest,and 10 patients were treated by extracardiac conduit technique with normothermic CPB and without heart arrest and 2 patients without CPB,and 1 patients underwent two-step operation.

回顾性分析32例全腔静脉肺动脉连接术患者的临床资料：年龄5～24岁，平均（10±5）岁，体重13～55 kg，平均（28±11） kg，病种包括单心室16例，右心室双出口并完全性心内膜垫缺损6例，完全性大动脉转位并完全性心内膜垫缺损3例，三尖瓣闭锁6例，二尖瓣闭锁1例。其中，在低温体外循环心脏停跳下18例行右房内侧隧道法，1例行心外管道法，常温体外循环心脏跳动下10例行心外管道法，非体外循环下2例行心外管道法，1例行分次全腔静脉肺动脉连接术。

The diameters of left right pulmonary arteries and four pulmonary veins were measured on the DSA films of angiocardiography in 30 patients undergoing bidirectional Glenn procedure, Nakata index, McGoon index, modified pulmonary artery index and PVI were calculated. The data were compared with postoperative outcome.

其中冠状动脉起源于肺动脉手术采用冠脉开口移位于主动脉1例，Takauchi手术1例；冠状动脉瘘体外循环下修补6例、冠状动脉下瘘口切线缝扎1例，非体外循环下左前降支－肺动脉之间瘘管结扎1例；左前降支心肌桥行MIDCAB 4例，OPCAB 8例，体外循环下行心肌桥松解术2例；冠状动脉瘤采用体外循环下CABG术2例，OPCAB 8例，其中冠状动脉瘤成形术1例，冠状动脉瘤切除术1例。

Patients were divided into several groups: the left-to-right shunt type of CHD without pulmonary hypertension , PH secondary to the left-to-right shunt type of CHD, no-shunt existence type of CHD (the three types above were regarded as acyanotic CHD), cyanotic type of CHD, and healthy children as controls. Diagnosis were established by clinical symptoms and signs, chest roentgenography, electrocardiogram, echocardiography, cardiac catheterization and surgery.

Methods Sibling pigs were used, and the right liver lobe of the donor pig was transplanted into right subhepatic space of the recipient to establish the model of heterotopic partial liver transplantation. Hemodynamic monitoring was carried out by catheterizing from right superficial cervical vein to measure heart rate, mean arterial pressure, central vein pressure, pulmonary arterial wedge pressure, mean pulmonary arterial pressure and cardiac output.

Results Nine patients with PTE wore performed thromboembolectomy under cardiopulmonary bypass, one patient was performed thromboembolectomy under non-extracorporeal circlulation. One patient died of pulmonary re-embolism postoperatively, utile patients were survival. There was o marked increase of arterial partial pressure of oxygen and oxygen saturation (P.05) and pulmonary arterial systolic pressure decreased significantly (P.05) at the second postoperative week, with significant improvement in quality of life.

结果 9例在体外循环下行肺动脉取栓术，l例在非体外循环下手术。1例围术期死亡，9例存活；术后2周测不吸氧状态下动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度均有显著改善，与术前比较有显著性差异(P.05)；术后2周超声心动测肺动脉收缩压显著降低，与术前比较有显著性差异(P.05)，生活质量明显改善。
