Results Univariate analysis demonstrated a significant association between early postoperative death and the following variables: weight at the time of surgery,age for cyanosis to be present,SaO2,AO/MPA,McGoon ratio,Nakata index,Qp/Qs,/Qs,multiple aortopulmonary collateral arteries and transannular patching.

结果 单因素分析结果显示与术后早期死亡有关的指标包括：手术时体重、发生青紫年龄、动脉血氧饱和度、升主动脉与肺动脉干直径比AO/MPA 、McGoon比值、Nakata指数、肺体循环血流量之比Qp/Qs 、右向左分流量占体循环血流量比例/Qs 、体肺侧支循环和跨瓣补片。

Results When/AO＜0.5,the surgical mortality increased significantly. However, when PA/BSA≥2.0,/BSA≥2.4 and PA/NPA≥0.6, the survival rate increased obviously. But, the conventional ratio of PA/AO and the situation of LPA and RPA was not proved to be a significant indicator of transannular repair of right ventricular outlet. There was not any significant relationship between postoperative PRV/LV and the diameter of LPA and RPA.

结果/AO＜0.5时，手术危险性显著增加；PA/BSA≥2.0时，/BSA≥2.4及PA/NPA≥0.6时，其手术安全性显著增加；是否需跨肺动脉瓣环补片主要与PA/BSA，PVA/BSA，PA/NPA有关；术后PRV/LV比值与PA及其分支发育情况无关，而主要受术中右心室流出道和PA疏通情况的影响。

There is a good agreement between transpulmonary thermodilution and pulmonary artery catheter thermodilution CO measurements in pigs.
