Objective:To evaluate the helical CT features of miliary tuberculosis and pneumoconiosis so that improving the correct diagnosis of the miliary lung diseases.

方法收集经临床证实的43例粟粒型肺结核和28例尘肺的螺旋CT资料，观察肺粟粒结节的分布、大小，肺内有无毛玻璃征，肺门、纵隔淋巴结增大和钙化，以及肺内并发病灶。

The DGGO had centrally distributed with lobular central node, acinose node or mass. 26 cases were the diseases with abnormity of extravascular fluid overload, including 21 cases' pulmonary edema and 5 cases' contusion of lung. The DGGO had distributed pulmonary pendulous region or relative pendulous region.

以肺内血管外体液量增加为主的疾病有肺水肿21例及肺挫伤5例，肺水肿性磨玻璃影具有沿下垂部分布的趋势，可伴有心影增大及胸腔积液；而肺挫伤性磨玻璃影与外伤部位相关，且在外伤区肺内也具有沿下垂部分布的趋势。

Results:according to the outcome of test,168 cases with new bacteriological positive ptb were divided into negative reaction group(group 1),positive reaction group (group 2)and strong positive reaction group(group 3).after antituberculotic treatment for 6 months.the rates of sputum coversion of group 1,group 2 and group 3 were 76.92%,94.79% and 100% respectively.the mean sputum coversion time of group 1,group 2 and group 3 were 12.46 weeks 5.0 weeks and 3.0 weeks respectively and the rates of focus absorption of group 1 ,group 2 and group 3 were 61.54%.

结果：168例痰菌阳性初治的结核病患者，根据ppd试验的结果分为阴性组，阳性组，强阳性组。经过6个月抗痨治疗后，ⅰ组痰菌转阴率为76.92%，平均转阴时间为12.46周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占61.54%；ⅱ组痰菌转阴率为94.79%，平均转阴时间为5.0周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占86.46%；ⅲ组痰菌转阴率为100%，平均转阴时间为3.0周，病人疗程结束时，肺内病灶x线吸收占100%。

Retrospective study on 29 cases with thoracic diseases. Among them ,lung cancer 16 cases ,esophagus carcinoma 9 cases,intra-segmental segregation 1 case,azygos venous malformation 1 case,chronic bronchitis 1 case,acute trauma hematom in right lung 1 case.

本实验证明了 loS肺内／肺外不同源性 ARDS动物模型的差异性，而且AnDS的肺部病变存在不均一性和多形性的特点，对有关ARDS进行性低氧血症的发生机制提出了肺动静脉可能存在类似于右一左分流的肺内分流现象，以及因肺内分流而导致严重通气／血流比例失调的解释。发现小潮气十PEEP通气对肺内源性 ARDS疗效不佳，而俯卧位＋小潮气－I－ PEEP通气对肺内／肺外不同源性ARDS均有较好的疗效。。

Results Both of them can effectively inhibit the aggregation of neutrophilic granulocytes and had some inhibiting effect on free-radical of oxygen,especially cimetidini.

结果：两者均能有效地抑制嗜中性粒细胞在肺内的聚集，对氧自由基的产生有一定抑制作用，西米替丁的作用更为明显。

The Western blot results were consistent with those of immunohistochemical method. CONCLUSION: p38 MAPK expression increases in alveolar and airway epithelial cells in LPS induced acute lung injury rat models. The activation of p38 MAPK is found in most lung tissues, suggesting that p38 MAPK participates in the signal transduction in inflammatory and noninflammatory cells.

Model of animals were established by putting rats in a container with slippy inner wall and half-full of water in it, letting them swimming freely till died of being drowned. Each rat from different groups was killed by breaking its neck except drowning group, then BW and SO_2 was detected, and its chest was cut open rapidly, lung was taken out and weight was measured accurately to count lung coefficient. Its lung appearance was observed and lung tissue was fixed with formalin, which was made into pathology slices with HE staining, and pathology change of the lung tissue was observed;Expression of IL-8 and IL-10 in lung tissue was detected with Immunocytochemistry, and correlation between them was analyzed .

动物模型制作采用将大鼠放入盛有黄河水的内壁光滑的容器内，让其自由泳动自然溺死，除溺水致死组外，各组动物分别在规定的时间点断头处死，行体重和血氧饱和度等指标检测，并在冰盘中迅速开胸取肺，准确称重以计算肺系数，观察各组大鼠肺脏外观，取肺组织福尔马林固定，制成病理切片HE染色，光镜下观察肺组织病理改变；用免疫组化的方法检测肺内IL-8、IL-10的表达，并对其相关性进行分析研究。
