结果：SACC-LM细胞与SACC-83细胞相比和血小板的粘附增高，阿斯匹林、阿斯匹林镁、RD在1，5，25μg/ml时抑制血小板与SACC-LM细胞的粘附，RD能抑制SACC-LM实验性肺转移的形成。

方法58例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者随机分为盐酸氨溴索治疗组和常规治疗组各29例，两组均给予吸氧、抗感染、平喘、纠正酸碱失衡、支气管解痉剂及全身或局部应用糖皮质激素等常规综合治疗，盐酸氨溴索治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸氨溴索注射液30mg(100ml)静脉滴注，1～2次/d，疗程7～14d。
