Normal term newborns were examined as control. In 34 cases, there were no retrohepatic hyperechogenicity and the X-ray showed normal. In other 6 cases the sonographic pattern was discrete linear echoes, and X-ray showed wet lung.

而40例正常新生儿，有34例在肝脾后未见任何回声， X线胸片提示心肺正常； 6例显示在肝脾后可见稀疏的中等回声， X线胸片提示湿肺。

Methods: The three lung cancer cell lines-A549(highly invasive human lung adenocarcinoma cell ), 95-D(highly metastatic human lung carcinoma cell), and SPC-A-1(lowly metastatic human lung adenocarcinoma cell) were cultured conventionally in vitro. When the cells covered the bottom of culture flask, we abstracted the protein with lysis solution containing RIPA and PMSF, and obtained RNA with RNeasy Mini Kit.

将三株肺癌细胞：高侵袭的肺腺癌细胞(A549)、高转移的肺癌细胞(95-D)、低转移的肺腺癌细胞(SPC-A-1)做常规细胞培养，待细胞长满瓶底后，用RIPA和PMSF组成的细胞裂解液提取细胞蛋白质，RNeasy Mini Ki提取RNA。

Result The results indicated that the content of NO in liver, lung and skeletal muscle of high-dose group and in liver of middle dose group were significantly higher than that of control group and low-dose group (P.01). The content of NO in lung and skeletal muscle in middle dose group were higher than that of low-dose group and the control group (P.05). The content of NO in cardiac muscle in control group was higher than that of other group significantly (P.01). Tibetan Saussurea involucrata Kar.

结果］结果表明，高剂量组的肝、肺和骨骼肌和中剂量组的肝中一氧化氮含量中显著高于对照组和低剂量组，差异极显著(P.01)；中剂量组的肺和骨骼肌中一氧化氮含量高于对照和低剂量组，差异显著(P.05)；对照组的心肌中一氧化氮含量高于各药物组，差异极显著(P.01)。

Results: The primarily incipient symptoms of MCTD were Raynauds phenomenon, the next symptoms were febrile、 arthralgia/ arthritis and myositis. Myositis and sclerodactyly/finger swollen were easy to be seen in patients with pulmonary artery hypertension / pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.

结果：MCTD最常见的临床表现为雷诺现象，其次为发热、关节肿/痛和肌炎，有肺间质病变朋市动脉高压的患者肌炎和硬指/手指肿胀的出现率高；对于MCTD患者，需早期进行肺部HRCT的检查，排除有无肺间质病变的出现。

Methods 24 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,aminophylline treatment group(35 mg/kg), 8 rats in each group. The bronchial asthma model in rats was built by egg protein sensibilization and longterm inhalation provocation. The rats in treatment group were lavaged each day from the first time of provocation.After 4week treatment, the rats were killed to obtain lung tissue for staining with HE.

24只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组，每组8只，除正常组外以卵蛋白致敏并吸入激发法制备大鼠哮喘模型，治疗组、模型组从第1次哮喘激发开始(造模第3周)分别给予氨茶碱、0.9%氯化钠溶液灌胃给药，1次/d，用药4周处死大鼠，取肺组织HE染色，用彩色图像分析仪测量支气管壁面积、支气管平滑肌面积，用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定肺组织MMP9和TIMP1含量。

The bronchial asthmatic model was established by egg protein sensibilization and longterm inhalation provocation.The rats of each treatment groups were lavaged each day from the first time of provocation to execution.After 4 weeks of treatment,the rats were killed to obtain lung tissue for dyeing of HE.A computer assisted image analysis system was used to determine the thickness change of bronchus wall and smooth muscle.The contents of MMP9 and TIMP1 in lung tissue were determined by ELISA double antibody sandwich method.

Results: The following signs were helpful to diagnose the m alignant pathological:the tubercle edge sublobe,the thorn slape of protuberance and burrsign,the dacuole sign,the lung tubercle and the lung hilus, lymphare tumescent.

The SD of the mean for 32 smooth nodules was 7.7%(95%confidence limits,±15.1%),12 irregular or spiculated was 3.3%(95%confidence limits,±6.5%).
