E studied expression levels of WAVE1 in six leukemia cell lines (the human Jurkat T leukemia cells, U937 histiocytic lymphoma cells, Burkitts lymphoma cell Raji, acute promyelocytic leukemia cell HL-60, chronic myelogenous leukemia cell K562 and K562/A02) by Western blotting analysis. Levels of WAVE1 expression were high in all six human leukemia cancer cell lines. In contrast, the constitutive expression levels of WAVE1 were noticeably lower in normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells, or non-blood cancer cell-lines, including human lung A549 cancer cells, Hela cervical cancer cells, MG-63 osteosarcoma cells, CNE2 nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells, human umbilical vein endothelial cell, QSG7701 hepatocarcinoma cells, and WI-38 lung fibroblastoma cells.

AVE1在人类血液肿瘤细胞系(人T细胞白血病细胞系Jurkat、人组织细胞淋巴瘤细胞系U937、人Burkitts淋巴瘤细胞系Raji、人原髓细胞白血病细胞系HL-60、人慢性髓原白血病细胞系K562和K562／A02)中高表达，在非血液肿瘤细胞系(人肺腺癌细胞系A549、人宫颈癌细胞系Hela、人成骨肉瘤细胞系MG-63、人鼻咽癌细胞系CNE2、人脐静脉内皮细胞系HUVEC、人肺成纤维细胞系WI-38、人肝上皮细胞系QSG7701)以及正常人外周血单个核细胞中低表达或不表达。

Lung histomorphological changes were observed by light microscope.

Results:31 cases (34.8%) had bronchovascular shadows with the small spot shadows;32 cases (35.9%) had clouded shadows;26 cases (29.2%) had patchy shadows and pulmonary cyst; We also can find pneumothorax, hydropneumothorax, mediastinal emphysema, subcutaneous emphysema, fracture of costal bone.

结果：肺纹理有改变伴有小斑点状阴影31例(34 8%)；出现云雾状及磨玻璃状阴影32例(35 2 %)；有大片模糊的较高密度影和肺囊肿影2 6例(2 9 2 %)；另外还发现气胸、液气胸、纵隔气肿、皮下气肿及肋骨骨折等。

Results:31 cases (34.8%) had brochovacular shadows with the small spot shaows;32 cases (35.9%)had clouded shadow; 26 cases (29.2%) had patchy shadows and pulmonary cyst ;We alse can find pneumothorax,hydropneumothorax,mediastinal emphysema,subcutaneous emphysema,fracture of costal bone.

结果：肺纹理有改变伴有小斑点状阴影37例（37%）；出现云雾状及磨玻璃状阴影48例（48%）；有大片状模糊的较高密度影和肺囊肿15例（15%）；另外还发现气胸、液气胸、纵隔气肿、皮下气肿及肋骨骨折等。

METHODS: SD rats were randomly assigned into the control group and MCT group. The model of PH was created by injecting hypodermatic MCT. Rapid competitive RT PCR was used to examine the levels of TN mRNA in central pulmonary arteries and lungs at different times after MCT or NS injections.

SD大鼠随机分为MCT组和正常对照组，采用野百合碱皮下注射法诱导建立大鼠肺高压模型，并通过快速竞争性RTPCR技术检测不同时间点(给药后第7，14，21，28天)大鼠肺组织和肺动脉中TNmRNA的表达水平。

These results indicate that both the two methods of hypothermy resuscitation and octanol resuscitation can protect the lung on severe hemorrhagic shock with lung injury rabbits, and suggest that GJs play an important role in suspended animation to treat hemorrhagic shock with lung injury.

结论低温及辛醇延生复苏的效果显著优于传统复苏，缝隙连接阻断剂可产生与低温相似的肺保护效果，缝隙连接在重度失血性休克兔缺血性肺损伤延生复苏中具有重要作用。

Methods 21 LEPP patients with clinical highly suspected acute pulmonary embolism underwent (superscript 99m)Tc-MAA veins imaging and pulmonary perfusion imaging. Vena caval filters were inserted and thrombolysis were given in patients with big area APE and/or iliofemoral vein thrombosis indicated by (superscript 99m)Tc-MAA imaging. Thrombolysis was given in patients with small area APE and/or subpopliteal vein thrombosis.

对21例LEPP临床高度疑为急性肺栓塞患者行，(上标 99m)Tc-MAA下肢深静脉显像、肺血流灌注显像，(上标 99m)Tc-MAA显像提示大面积APE和／或髂股深静脉血检患者行下腔静脉滤网放置+溶栓治疗，小面积APE和／或腘静脉以下DVT单纯溶栓治疗，治疗2~4周后复查PPI。

METHODS:Hind limbs ischemia was made by clamping infrarenal aorta with a microvascular clip and lung injury was made by following reperfusion. Lung tissue was obtained from the animals subjected to sham operation, 4 h ischemia without reperfusion and 4 h, 8 h, 16 h, 24 h, 48 h reperfusion following 4 h ischemia. The levels of HO-1 mRNA and protein were measured at different times by Northern blot and Western blot.

采用夹闭大鼠腹主动脉下段造成双下肢缺血和再灌注性肺损伤模型，分别采集假手术组，缺血4 h组及缺血4 h再灌注4、8、16、24、48 h组肺组织标本，以Northern印迹、Western印迹及免疫组化分析，观察HO-1表达的变化。
