Results AQP1 is expressed at the apical and basolateral membrane of the microvascular endothelium; AQP3 was detected at basal cells of both the bronchiole epithelium and submucosal gland acinus; AQP4 is present in the basolateral membrane of columnar cells in bronchiole; while AQP5 is expressed in the apical membrane of type Ⅰ pneumocytes, and also at the apical of columnar cells of superficial epithelium and submucosal gland acinar cells.

结果本研究发现AQPs基因在羊肺中的表达分布与人相似，AQP1在肺内的毛细血管内皮细胞表达；AQP3在小支气管黏膜上皮的基底细胞的基侧膜表达，AQP4存在于小支气管黏膜上皮的柱状纤毛细胞的基侧膜；AQP5存在于Ⅰ型肺泡上皮细胞的顶质膜，存在于小支气管黏膜上皮柱状纤毛细胞，以及在气道黏膜下腺的腺细胞的顶质膜表达。

Results: The most common locations of PIP were at the margin of both lower lobes and associated with local pleural thickening and adhesion. The density of nodule in which CT attenuation value was 15~60 HU (26.9±13.5HU) was lower than that of PLC. Most of them were round/round-like and irregular in shape. The interior density of lesion was inhomogeneous. The presence of calcification or multiple cavitations, straight margin sign, hole sign and without hilar and mediastinal adenopathy were of great significance in the diagnosis of such kind of disease.

结果：炎性假瘤多位于两肺下叶，邻近胸膜增厚、粘连，病灶密度偏低（平扫CT值15~60HU，平均26.9±13.5HU），与周围型肺癌比较有统计学差异，其形态以圆形／类圆形和不规则形多见，病灶内密度多不均匀，可见钙化及多发空洞，边缘呈平直状、周围见毛玻璃样改变及肺门纵隔无淋巴结肿大等征象对本病的CT诊断有意义。

Results all the 6 patients with pap presented ground-glass opacities with well-defined margins on msct'creating "geographic" pattern'reflected the effusion of proteinaceous material within the alveoli in pap.thickened interlobular septa'looking as the "crazy-paving"'was found in 4 cases in high-resolution ct'correspondence with edema and lymphocyte exudation in interlobular septa in pathological findings.no mediastinal and hilar adenopathy was found.

结果 6例（100%）患者多层ct表现为双肺散在分布毛玻璃样高密度影，与周围组织分界清楚，呈地图样表现，病理学活检见肺泡腔内蛋白质样物质沉积，其中4例（66%）小叶间隔增厚，可见间隔水肿及淋巴细胞浸润，hrct呈铺路石样表现。所有病例未见纵隔、肺门淋巴结肿大。

Objective To investigate the role of adhesion molecule expression in sepsis-induced lung injury in mice.

目的 探讨肺微血管内皮细胞粘附分子表达在脓毒症小鼠肺损伤中的作用。

RESULTS Accident was 0.33%(6/1800), including 1 case of insufficient capacity of oxygenation of bubble oxygenator, 1 case of blockage in hollow fiber membrance oxygenator, 1 case of aeroembolism in coronary artery, 2 cases of aeroembolism in artery tube and 1 case of venous cannalla slip out. There was no death.

结果 CPB期间发生意外事件6例(发生率为0.33%)：国产鼓泡肺氧合功能不良1例，进口膜肺中空纤维膜堵塞1例，冠状动脉内气栓1例、动脉管道气栓2例，静脉插管滑脱1例，经及时有效处理无致死病例。

The diagnostic accuracy can be improved using the CT guiding spring core biopsy needle for percutaneous pulmonary biopsy for both malignant tumor and benign lesion. Especially for benign lesion the diagnostic accuracy with spring core biopsy needle was distinctive higher than that with fine needle aspiration.

CT导引下使用弹簧芯状活检针经皮肺穿刺活检的并发症发生率与细针针吸活检相近，对肺内良性病变和恶性肿瘤的诊断准确性同样具有较高的准确性，特别是对肺内良性病变的诊断准确率明显高于针吸活检。
