Objective: To assess the diagnostic value between preoperative and post-op with volume-reduced bullae by quantitative CT pulmonary function.

目的：研究定量CT肺功能对肺大泡减容术前及术后的肺功能评估。

Results In 22 cases of giant bullae with a minimal cavity of 10cm×7cm×5cm to a maxmal cavity of 15cm×8cm×30cm,19 cases were cured with disappearred cavities in 7 days after the procedure, 1 case in 15 days, and 2 cases with reduced cavities in 10 days and 14 days respectively.

结果 22例肺大疱中最小者约10cm×7cm×5cm（前后径×内外径×上下径，下同），最大者约15cm×8cm×30cm。19例在术后7天内肺大疱闭合，1例在术后15天闭合，2例在术后10天和14天缩小并稳定，所有病例均获呼吸困难减轻或消失，肺功能改善。

Imaging from micro-CT of rats could reflect radiologic changes of pulmonary fibrosis in different stages.Sign of linear opacities is a mark which suggests the formation of moderate or severe pulmonary fibrosis and sign of bullae or pneumothorax is a cue of the formation of severe pulmonary fibrosis.

Micro-CT能显示大鼠PF不同阶段的影像学改变，线状影可作为鉴别Ⅱ～Ⅲ级肺纤维化形成的标志，肺大泡或气胸对Ⅲ级肺纤维化形成有提示作用。

Methods Lung volume reduction surgery by intra-bullous adhesion pexy with biomedical fibrin sealant and closed drainage by percutaneous lung centesis were carried out in 22 cases of giant bullae with a prospective random self-controlled study.

采取前瞻性自身对照的方法，对22例巨大肺大疱实施在CT定位下行经皮肺大疱穿刺注入医用生物胶内固定、置入导管引流持续负压吸引肺大疱减容的治疗方法。

通过观察ARDS动物模型血清一氧化氮合酶浓度的动态变化以及与血气指标和血液动力学监测指标的关系，发现肺挫伤早期NOS的浓度明显降低，ARDS发生后NOS的浓度明显升高，并在24h达到其峰值，肺挫伤早期给予NOS促进剂、ARDS发生过程中给予NOS阻滞剂可明显改善血气及血液动力学指标、肺湿/干比。
