Methods From February 2002 to January 2005,73 cases of humeral intercondylar fractures were treated with single plating (Group A,21 cases),Y-shape plating (Group B,33 eases) and dual plating (Group C,19 cases).

方法2002年2月～2005年1月，采用单钢板螺钉(A组，21例)、"Y"形钢板(B组，33例)和双钢板(C组，19例)固定治疗73例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者，根据Müller的AO分型标准均为C3型骨折。

观察60个肘关节标本肘管的构成，测量肘管弓状韧带的长宽和肘管中部的深度，以及肘关节屈曲90°时肱骨内侧髁和尺骨鹰嘴距离的变化，尺神经被牵拉的幅度。

结果 ①尺神经病变组中有19例出现尺神经在肘上至肘下段运动神经传导速度减慢；②尺神经肘上至肘下段短节段性神经传导检测结果显示具体病变部位多数集中在肱骨内上髁上下2-3cm内；③尺神经在肘部病变者并非均有尺侧腕屈肌肌电图的异常。
