Methods:Among 96 patients with humeral supracondylar fracture,53 were male and 43 were female,ranging in age from 1 to 10 years(mean 5.6 years).

难复性儿童肱骨髁上骨折96例，男53例，女43例；年龄最大10岁，最小1岁，平均5.6岁。

Methods: We ealuated 322 displaced supracondylar humeral fractures that had been treated with percutaneous pin fixation.

结果 肱骨骨折不愈合的原因主要治疗方法错误及内固定材料因素及固定不完善。32例中，愈合31例，占96.9%，愈合时间4～10 月（平均6个月）；未愈合1例，占2.2%。
