Methods Forty eight cases of senile dementia patients with deglutition disorder were randomly divided into control group (common diet, 24 cases) and fresubin energy fiber group (fresubin energy fiber nutrition, 24 cases). All patients were treated by comprehensive intervention therapy. The deglutition function(water-drinking test), body mass index, triceps skin fold, mid-arm circumference, mid-arm muscle circumference, hemoglobin, total protein, albumin, and the days of infection within 6 months were measured.

体例 选择合并吞咽功效障碍的老年性痴呆患者48例，随机分成瑞先组和斗劲组，接纳综合干与治疗后，不雅观察患者的营养状况，指标搜罗：体重指数、丈量肱三头肌皮褶厚度、上臂中围和臂中部肌围，以及6个月内发生相关感染的天数及其吞咽功效的改良情形(参考洼田氏饮水试验评价分级)等相关指标转变。

METHODS: Employing Health-Carter method, the 218 college students were measured on the indexes of biepicondylar breadth of the humerus, biepicondylar breadth of the femur, tricps skinfold, subscapular skinfold, suprailiac skinfold, medial calf skinfold, body length, body weight, upper arm girth flexed and tensed and calf girth. Every index was measured 3 times and average values were adopted, and compared to that of other regions.

采用Heath-Carter体型法对218 名在校大学生进行肱骨内外上髁、股骨内外侧髁间径及肱三头肌位、肩胛下位、髂前上棘位、腓肠肌位皮褶厚度，身高、体质量、臂最大收缩围和小腿围测量。10项指标均由专人负责，每项指标测量3次，取其平均值作为测量结果，并与其他地区大学生体型进行比较。

The results revealed that screwdrivers with triangle shaped handle could help subjects produce the maximum torque. Besides, using screwdrivers with hexagon shaped handle spent the least time, generated the minimum biceps muscle activity, and bad the least subjective fatigue rating. Moreover, wearing an anti-static glove or being barehanded can produced the maximum torque and spent the least time as well. Experiment 2 evaluates the handle diameter of screwdriver (30 mm, 34 mm or 38 mm) and operation plan. The results showed that the torque increased with the increase of the radius, the operation time and the brachioradialis muscle activity also increased with the increase of the radius.
