According to Hardegger classification system,there were 8 cases of scapular body fracture,9 of scapular spine fracture,6 of scapular acromion,10 of scapular neck fracture,6 of glenoid rim fracture and 4 of glenoid fossa fracture.

其中混合型骨折10例，合并全身多发伤5例；伴有腋神经损伤1例，肩胛上神经损伤2例。通过后入路手术，对不同类型的肩胛骨骨折使用重建钢板或拉力螺钉和钢丝等固定。

Results: 75 (100%) patients were all found to have skininjury、rib fracture and hemothorax. 结果〖HTSS〗：75 例患者均有不同程度的皮肤挫裂伤和擦伤(100％)，血胸75例(100 ％)，血气胸24例(32％)，肋骨骨折75例(100％)，锁骨骨折6例(8％)，肩胛骨骨折11例(14.7％)，肺穿刺伤3例(4％)，右主支气管断裂1例(1.33％)，左侧膈肌破裂2例(2.7％)，肺不张29例(38.7％)。

Results The pain spots were commonly located at the superior angle and medial border of scapula,and the transitional zone between neck and shoulder in trapezius. After 1 to 5 blockings of these pain spots,90.27%（946/1048）patients with cervical syndrome achieved a satisfactory efficacy.

结果 发现位于肩胛骨上角、肩胛骨内侧缘、斜方肌颈肩移行处 3 位置的压痛点出现机率最高，行压痛点阻滞1～5次后，本组1048例颈椎病患者有90.27%获得优良的治疗效果。
