Method］from may 2000 to november 2007,14 patients(10 females,4 males;mean age 34.6 years)with scapular fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation through a posterior approach.eight patients were injurred in traffic accidents,3 due to falling,2 by direct violence and 1 due to cut.there were eleven patients with close fractures and 3 with open fractures.according to hardegger classification system,there were 8 cases of scapular body fracture,9 of scapular spine fracture,6 of scapular acromion,10 of scapular neck fracture,6 of glenoid rim fracture and 4 of glenoid fossa fracture.

车祸伤8例，高处坠落伤3例，直接暴力伤2例，刀砍伤1例。闭合性骨折11例，开放性骨折3例。根据hardegger的分型方法，体部骨折8处，肩胛冈骨折9处，肩峰骨折6处，肩胛颈骨折10处，盂缘骨折6处，盂窝骨折4处。其中混合型骨折10例，合并全身多发伤5例；伴有腋神经损伤1例，肩胛上神经损伤2例。通过后入路手术，对不同类型的肩胛骨骨折使用重建钢板或拉力螺钉和钢丝等固定。［结果］14例患者获得随访，随访时间6个月～3年，平均18个月。

The position, course, length and thickness of infraspinatus, teres minor and teres major were observed on scapular region of 12 adult cadavers.

根据解剖学资料和在尸体上的摹拟观察，分析讨论了排球运动员冈下肌萎缩症的原因，认为肩胛上神经在冈盂切述处受绞勒性损伤的可能性最大，并提出了手术治疗的意见。

Results: The suprascapular nerve not only has its starting point and entering-muscle points, but also has two limit-points, it has turn-angle about 50° at spinoglenoid notch, supraspinatus muscle branch 44, infra-spinatus muscle branch 44, upper articular branch 42, lower articular branch 53, and sensory branch 37. The branches innervate supraspinatus muscle、infraspinatus muscle and the shoulder joint.

结果：肩胛上神经行程迂曲，有起点、入肌点两个固定点，另有肩胛上孔、肩胛下孔两个约束点，在冈盂切迹处形成大约50°左右的转折角，发出冈上肌支44支、冈下肌支44支、上关节支42支、下关节支53支、感觉支37支，分布于冈上肌、冈下肌和肩关节等处。

Results:①Supraspinous and infraspinous branches are the main branches of the suprascapular nerve.

结果：①肩胛上神经主要分支有冈上肌支和冈下肌支。

Results Common tenderness points of scapular region were located in the centre of infraspinous fossa and margo lateralis of scapula.

结果 肩胛部深层肌筋膜痛患者常见压痛部位为冈下窝中央及肩胛骨腋缘。

The depth of suprascapular nerve is about 4.0～4.5 cm at the points of scapular ligament and the start part of supraspinous branch,4.0 cm at the point of the start part of infraspinous branch.

肩胛上神经在肩胛横韧带处距皮肤的距离和冈上肌支起始段距皮肤的距离均为4.0～4.5 cm，冈下肌支起始段距皮肤的距离为4.0 cm。

The suprascapular nerve and vessels, suprascapular ligament and inferior trasverse ligament were observed and measured on 57 sides of adult cadavers; the suprascapular notch and the topographical structures close to the lateral border of the scapular spine were also studied on 268 dry adult scapulae.
