Objective The investigation was to evulate the efficiency of the frozen shoulder treated by manipulation with acupotomy in tensive position and to approach it's theory and characteristic.

目的 评价粘连挛缩带紧张位针刀松解治疗冻结肩的疗效，探讨粘连挛缩带紧张位针刀松解治疗冻结肩理论依据，并期望对本法治疗冻结肩的优缺点作一评估。

Objective:to investigate the treatment outcome of ao/asif clavicular hook plate in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation (tossy grade ⅲ)and unstable lateral clavicular fractures (neer type 2).methods: from february 2004 to march 2007,23 patients with unstable lateral clavicular fractures (neer type 2),2 patients with no-union lateral clavicular fractures and 5 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation (tossy grade ⅲ) were treated with acromioclavicular hook plate.

目的：探讨ao/asif锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨骨折和肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法：对2004年2月～2007年3月我科收治的30例得到完整随访资料的锁骨骨折和肩锁关节脱位的患者进行回顾性分析，其中，应用锁骨钩钢板治疗的新鲜锁骨外端不稳定骨折23例，陈旧性锁骨外端骨折骨不连患者2例，tossy grade ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位5例。

Methods Twenty-seven patients suffered from acromioclavicular disclocation （Tossy type Ⅱ 4 cases and type Ⅲ 23 cases）,4 patients with distal clavicular fracture and 7 with acromioclavicular dislocation combined with distal clavicular fracture were adimitted.All the patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with clavicular hook plate.

38例肩锁关节脱位和锁骨外侧端骨折，肩锁关节脱位27例，Tossy Ⅱ4例，Tossy Ⅲ23例；锁骨外侧端骨折4例，均为Neer Ⅱ；肩锁关节脱位合并锁骨外侧端骨折7例，均行手术治疗。

Results show that adding obligating width of soil can reduce level distortion of diaphragm walls evidently, but the effect of reducing the level distortion of diaphragm walls will be unconspicuous when the obligating width of soil is increased to definite value.

计算结果表明，增大预留土体坡肩宽度对减小地下连续墙的水平变形有一定的效果，但是随着预留土体坡肩宽度增大到一定值时，再继续增大预留土体坡肩宽度对减小地下连续墙水平变形的效果就不明显。

All cases were treated with a reamed nail and static interlocking.Results 7 cases were followed up for 6 to 18 months,all fracture healed.

结果 7例随访 6～ 18个月，均愈合，肩关节功能按戴戎的肩关节功能评分标准，肩关节功能均达到 90分以上。

Methods: acromioclavicular dislocation models were simulated using fresh specimens of shoulder joint with proximal half part of humerus, clavicula and scapula. the models were fixed by self-developed "pry and press" plate. the fixation effect was compared with normal and fixed by ao claw plate of acromioclavicular joint and wire lock.

取新鲜尸体肩关节带肱骨上半部、锁骨和肩胛骨标本，制成肩锁关节脱位模型，用自行研制的撬压型钢板固定，并与正常、肩锁关节ao钩钢板、钢丝固定进行对照比较。
