股骨头

There were 36 males and 41 females. one of them died during anesthesia. Another two died within 4 weeks after surgery. The other 74 cases were followed up for more than 6 months. All of them had obtained fracture union. Average operation time was 54.5 minutes. Average blood loss was 150 c.c.. There were several complications. These included 2 superficial wound infection, 6 inferior migration of the nail, 2 nail penetration of the head, 16 knee discomfort, 6 limitation of knee joint motion, 6 with an external rotation deformity of more than 20 degrees.

男性有36位，女性有41位其中有一例因麻醉并发症故未及开刀即死亡，有二例因它病而在开刀后未满四星期内死亡，其余74例追踪时间至少六个月以上，其骨折处均愈合良好，平均手术时间为54.6分，平均出血量为150cc，有二例发生浅部伤口感染，有12例在打入骨钉之骨洞处发生纵走之裂痕，有六例骨钉滑脱，有二例骨钉穿透股骨头，有16例膝部不舒服，有六例膝部活动度受限，有六例发生超过20度之外翻变形。

The left legs were taken for the biomechanics test on the EnduraTEC ELF3200, the biggest vertical deformation and stiffness were calculated, the number of empty osteocyte lacunas was calculated, and the cumulative absorbance value was compared between two groups.

分别于2，4，6，8周处死大鼠，取右侧股骨头标本，于EnduraTEC ELF3200生物力学材料动态力学性能测试系统行压力测定，计算样本纵向最大位移、刚度吸收等生物力学参数，计算空骨陷窝数，并行免疫组织化学法Bcl-2染色，比较不同组之间的累计吸光度值。

Result: Gufuhuotang could obviously decrease total blood low-shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, serum cholesterol and triglyceride contents; under light microscope empty bone lacunas of femoral head were less, fat cells of medullary cavity were less and relatively small, and bone trabecula was sparse with no break.

结果 ：骨复活汤可明显降低全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、血清胆固醇及甘油三酯含量，光镜下见股骨头空骨陷窝数较少，髓腔脂肪细胞较少较小，骨小梁稀疏、未见断裂。

SEM examination showed that the experimental group has regular spongiest structure,complete bone lacuna structure,partial broken os-teone and visible bone canaliculus, while the sham control group has disorderly structure, broken osrteone, little bone lacuna and total invisibility of bone canaliculus.

结果 X线片示A组右侧股骨头骨密度增高，透光区较小，B组骨密度减低，有大小不等透光区；ECT扫描示A组静态放射性分布中等浓聚，而B组静态图像放射性分布呈炸面包圈样改变，欠均匀；组织学检查显示A组骨空陷窝率、血管数、骨髓腔内脂肪细胞直径较B组明显改善(P＜0.01)；扫描电镜检查显示A组松质骨结构较规则，骨陷窝结构完整，部分骨板断裂，骨小管可见。B组结构紊乱不清，骨板断裂，骨陷窝少，骨小管消失。
