Results: Large number of immunoreactive fibres was detected in lamina propria and muscularis mucosae. Strong staining of ganglion cells in the Auerbach's and the Meissner's plexus were observed on the normal specimens. There was very little or no immunoreactive fibre in the lamina propria and muscularis mucosae of the aganglionic bowel. However there was strong immunoreactivity in the perineurium of the hypertrophic nerve trunks in the submucosal and intramural layers of aganglionic segments.

结果： 正常肠段的粘膜固有层和粘膜肌层中有大量的P75NGFR阳性纤维，粘膜下和肌间神经丛中神经节细胞表现为P75NGFR强阳性，痉挛段肠管粘膜固有层和粘膜肌层中P75NGFR阳性纤维明显减少或缺如，粘膜下和肌间粗大神经纤维的神经束膜表现为P75NGFR强阳性，象一个环包绕在周围。

A virus strain was isolated from the arthrosis of broiler chickens.The virus was shown to have spherical particles with isometric symmetry,no envelope,double deck capsids,with outer capsid of 75nm,inner one of 50nm in diameter by electron microscopy.The virus was not sensitive to aether,acid and heat.The virus could multiply on the chick embryo fibroblastcell,and could cause syncytial pathologic change with the appearance of cytoplasm inclusion bodies.The challenged chickens of one-day old by nasal,oral,intramuscular and pulvillus injection displayed obvious clinical symptom of severe arthritis and accompanied with pathological changes of malabsorption and necrosis.Meanwhile,four avian reovirus isolates CL,S1133,YH and YB were examined in the cross-neutralization test.

A kind of virus particles were observed in cytoplasm of sampled ill sea cucumber tissues which were sampled from sick sea cucumbers with ulcerous skin and swollen mouth from their farming ponds at the beginning of 2005. The particles were covered with a bilayer envelops, shaped in globular with its size 100-200 nm in diameter. The same virus was isolated from cultured sea cucumbers with disease from different time and sites, and then infected the healthy sea cucumber. sea cucumber appeared the phenomenon such as ulcerous skin and swollen mouth and the same virus was isolated from infected sea cucumbers.

本章从患病刺参中分离出了2株对刺参具有感染能力的细菌，经鉴定1株为弧菌科弧菌属Vibrio sp和1株为弧菌科施万氏菌属Shewanella sp；在患病刺参的触手、肠和呼吸树等组织的细胞质中，检出了球形、具双层囊膜、直径大约为100-200nm的病毒粒子利用分离的病毒进行人工感染实验，刺参可以产生与自然发病刺参相同的症状，显示了分离的病毒对刺参具有一定的感染性。

Methods: Between November 2003 and December 2005, 67 patients with renal cell carcinoma underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy (34 patients, group A) and open radical nephrectomy (33 patients, group B). Operating time, blond loss, amount of postoperative drainage, time to ambulation, recovery of intestinal function after operation, the postoperative hospital stay, use of antalgesic and transfusion blood and plasma were compared between group A and group B, retrospectively. Results: In group A, the operations of 31 patients were successful and 3 cases failed, then conversed to open surgery. Firstly, one case were not decented the prerenal fascia and the other two cases occurred complications, one case was due to injurying genital gland vein, with blood loss of 500m1, another fatty renal capsula was too thick to explose the renal pedicle. The operations of group B were all successful, only one case was died of intracerebral hemorrhage after two monthes.

回顾性分析和比较后腹腔镜肾癌根治性切除术(Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy， RLRN)34例与开放性肾癌根治性切除术(Open radical nephrectomy， ORN)33例，比较两种方法的手术时间、术中出血、术后引流、术后最早下床活动时间、肠功能恢复情况、术后住院时间、术后镇痛剂使用量、术中术后输血、血浆量、术后随访时间及手术效果结果：A组中1例因最初对解剖结构难于辨认，无法分离肾前筋膜至肾门而改行开放手术，1例因损伤精索静脉出血难以控制而改行开放手术，1例因肾周脂肪过多，无法将肾脏掀起显露肾蒂而行开放手术，31例手术成功。B组手术均获成功，1例术后2个月因大面积脑出血死亡，余均无瘤生存。
