These diseases can occur together in defined syndromes with distinct pathophysiology and characteristics: autoimmune polyendocrine syndrome I, autoimmune polyendocrine syndrome II, and the immunodysregulation polyendocrinopathy enteropathy X-linked syndrome.

The expression level of cAPN mRNA in lung,glandular stomach and jejunum were higher than that in other tissues,and the expression level of it in bursa of Fabricius and spleen were lower than that in other.

Transcripts of zebrafish Hspa5 are present in fertilized eggs, suggesting their maternal origin. Zygotic expression of Hspa5 starts during midgastrulation and occurs in the hypoblast cells. It is specifically expressed in the hatching gland and the notochord during segmentation.

结果表明，Hspa5 mRNA在卵子中就存在，是一个母源基因；其合子基因的表达开始于原肠中期的下胚层，在体节期发生在脊索和孵化腺中。

In the whole rats, the following tissues or organs were extracted and fixed in the most appropriated fixator (Bouin liquid or Formalin at 10%) then included in paraffin blocks : all the organs showing significant macroscopic lesions, encephalon (brain hemisphere, cerebellum and annular protuberance), spinal cord, sciatic nerve, salivary glands, esophagus, stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileon, caecum and colon, rectum, liver, spleen, bone marrow, lymph node close to and at distance, thymus, heart, aorta, trachea, lungs, thyroid/parathyroid, surrenals, pancreas, hypophysis, kidney, bladder, gonad, uterus, mammary glands, epididymis, prostate, eyes, lachrymal glands, bones, skin, thigh muscle and implantation sites (2 per animal).

In order to clone the VIP gene in the gastrointestinal tract from beijing duck, one pair of specific primers to VIP gene was designed and synthesized according to the chick sequence (X80906). Encoding VIP cDNA fragments were amplified by RT-PCR from the total RNA in the Proventriculus, the Duodenum and the Jejunum of Beijing duck. Their PCR products were ligated into pGEM-T easy vector, which was transformed into E. coil JM109. Positive bacteria clones were screened and identified by PCR method and digested with the double restriction enzyme EcoRⅠ. The sequence of VIP gene fragment was also determined and analyzed.

为从北京鸭胃肠道中扩增血管活性肠肽基因，根据鸡VIP基因（GenBank登录号X80906），设计了一对简并引物，从北京鸭腺胃、十二指肠和空肠提取总RNA，通过反转录－聚合酶链反应扩增，将从腺胃、十二指肠和空肠中扩增出的产物克隆到pGEM-Teasy载体上，导入大肠杆菌JM109，阳性克隆经双酶切鉴定后测序，将测序结果与鸡和鹅（GenBank登录号为DQ023161）的VIP基因进行同源性比较。

男8例，女14例。14例(63.3%)为胰腺囊腺瘤（浆液性6例、黏液性8例），8例(36.3%)为胰腺囊腺癌，两者之比为1.7：l肿瘤位于胰腺头部6例(27.2%)，胰腺体尾部12例(54.5%)，胰腺尾部4例(181%)行胰腺肿瘤局部切除术l例，肤腺体尾部切除术14例，胰头十二指肠切除术3例，胰腺中段切除术2例，囊肿－空肠Roux-Y吻合术1例，T管架桥胆－肠内引流术1例。

To acquire more information about gene expression at the whole-genome scale,our lab and National Engineering Center for Beijing Biochip Technology worked together and constructed the first genome-wide oligonucleotide microarray of the silkworm.This microarray was used to detect gene expression of 10 tissues/organs,including midgut,integument,head,hemocyte,testis,ovary,anterior/median silk gland,posterior silk gland,fat body and malpighian tubule.In this study,we performed analysis of these microarray data and confirmed the reliability of the results.

为了在全基因组水平上获得基因表达信息，本实验室与生物芯片北京国家工程中心合作，共同定制完成了世界上第一张家蚕全基因组寡核苷酸基因芯片，并利用该芯片对家蚕5龄第3天幼虫的中肠、体壁、头、血液、精巢、卵巢、前中部丝腺、后部丝腺、脂肪体、马氏管这10个组织中的基因表达谱进行了检测。

Tissue transcription analysis indicated that chIL-2Rγ mRNA was found in cerebrum,cerebellum,medulla spinalis,bursa of fabricius,thymus,spleen,bone marrow,cecal tonsil,stomachus glandularis,stomachus muscularis,jejunum,yolk sac diverticulum,ileum,cecum,rectum,heart,kidney,lung,liver,skeletal muscle and skin, but was not detected in duodenum and testis.

RT-PCR检测发现，鸡IL-2Rγ mRNA分布于大脑、小脑、脊髓、腔上囊、脾、胸腺、骨髓、盲肠扁桃体、腺胃、肌胃、空肠、卵黄囊憩室、回肠、盲肠、直肠、心脏、肾、肺、肝、骨骼肌和皮肤，而在十二指肠和睾丸中没有检测到其转录。
