肠线

With the direction of Professor Zhang Jiawei, basing on the clinic research of treating falling sickness with thread embedding therapy, summing-up many years clinic experience of thread embedding therapy, we observe and compare the two curative effect of thread embedding therapy and general acupuncture in treating chronic gastritis, in addition we study corresponding functionary mechanism with stomach electricity graph、gastrin、nucleotide、SP etc and provide science basis and theory instruction. According to the criterion of diagnosis and elimination set, 70 patients are took into the trial whom come from No. 1 affiliated hospital, among them 36 case are in the thread embedding Group, 34 case are in the acupunture Group.

本课题是在导师张家维教授及李素荷教授等协助导师共同指导下，在既往穴位埋线疗法治疗癫痫临床研究基础上，总结多年来穴位埋线疗法的临床经验，对穴位埋线及穴位针刺两种方法治疗慢性胃炎的疗效进行观察与比较，并拟用胃电图、脑肠肽、环核苷酸、P物质等指标变化来探讨其中的可能治疗机理，为临床的应用及推广提供科学的依据与理论指导。

结果 ：AMC钡肠X线征象：阑尾不显影；盲肠与回肠末端间距增宽达 2cm～ 3cm ，并形成 4 0～ 5 5度夹角；盲肠内侧壁或/和回肠外侧壁半弧形压迹，形态固定；AMC的CT征象；右髂窝区"多个"囊性病灶，呈圆形和索条状；囊壁光滑；病灶周围结构清晰。

Methods Three hundred cm-long ileus tube was installed into jejunum by nasal cavity under radiophotography observation in 25 cases with recurrent postoperative adhesive ileus,ileus tube was impulsed by enterokinesia to ileum end to relieve adhesive ileus and conduct internal intestinal arrangement.

25例术后反复黏连性小肠梗阻患者，X线监视下经内置金属导丝的引导作用将300 cm长的肠梗阻导管经鼻置入空肠屈氏韧带20 cm以远，即刻小肠内抽吸减压，导管前气囊充水形成水囊，模拟食团在肠蠕动的推动下在小肠内移行，带动导管边吸引减压边向小肠远端前行，到达梗阻的直接上部抽吸减压或通过黏连部至回肠末端全小肠减压，解除肠梗阻。

结果 ：AMC钡肠X线征象：阑尾不显影；盲肠与回肠末端间距增宽达 2cm～ 3cm ，并形成 4 0～ 5 5度夹角；盲肠内侧壁或/和回肠外侧壁半弧形压迹，形态固定；AMC的CT征象；右髂窝区&多个&囊性病灶，呈圆形和索条状；囊壁光滑；病灶周围结构清晰。

ETHODS: The gastrocnemius bundle branch and soleus muscle bundle branch of the right achilles tendon were sutured after surface skin and subcutaneous tissue discission. The gastrocnemius bundle branch was transected at 2 cm above calcaneal bone insertion and a 2-cm silicone tube was applied to separate the site of suture using 5-0 modified Kessler method. The site of suture was treated with nothing in silicone tube as the blank control group. In other three groups, the site of suture was treated with 100, 50, 10 ng VEGF in silicone tube at the operation day and 7, 14, 21 days post-operation.

切开家兔右侧跟腱表面皮肤、皮下组织，钝性分离跟腱的腓肠肌束支和比目鱼肌束支，于跟骨止点上方约2 cm处横行切断跟腱腓肠肌束支，将2 cm长硅胶管套入一侧断端，5-0缝合线改良Kessler法缝合跟腱，缝合后将硅胶管覆盖跟腱缝合处，空白组硅胶管内不加药，其他3组于手术当日及术后第7，14，21天往硅胶管内加入血管内皮生长因子100，50，10 ng。

The roentgenological manifestations were mucosal fold changes, filling defects, luminal stenosis, changes of cecum and terminal ileum involvement etc.

该部位病变最常见的X线征象有粘膜皱襞改变、充盈缺损、肠腔狭窄、盲肠改变并累及末端迴肠等表现。
