In order to provide clinical evidence for pulmonary acariasis, after synthetical analysis of clinical manifestation, disease incidence, the characteristic of chest-electrongraph, pathogency, different diagnonsis of pulmonary acarasis, the criteria of clinical diagnosis of pulmonary acarasis were made.

为了给临床上提供诊断依据，我们对肠螨病的流行病学、病原学、临床表现、症状的发生频率、结肠镜检、鉴别诊断以及本病与职业及饮食习惯的关系作了综合分析，提出了肠螨病的临床诊断标准。

The influence of sterilization temperature, time and electric voltage of ohmic heating on the survival rate of the bacteria counts, coliform and nutrient components were investigated and compared with traditional pasteurism. The result showed that the bacteria counts and coliform were equally decreased with the increasing of sterilization temperature, time and the voltage of ohmic heating, but the nutrient component loss were elevatory after the same treatments.

研究了杀菌温度、杀菌时间利欧姆加热电压对牛奶中菌落总数、人肠菌群残留率和营养成分损失情况的影响，并与传统巴氏杀凶作厂比较，结果表明：随着杀菌温度的升高、杀菌时间的延长、欧姆加热电压的升高牛奶中菌落总数利人肠凶群残留率均减小，而营养成分损失率升高。

The difference between the test groups and the control group was statistically significant. It could be deduced that all the insecticides tested in this experiment damaged the spiders′ intestinal mucosa, compromising its function as a barrier and letting large molecules such as FTIC-D more easily penetrate. Among the insecticides, pyrethrin and Bt preparation are bio-insecticides, and the FITC-D concentrations of the spiders exposed to these two bio-insecticides were more than those of the spiders exposed to the chemical insecticides imidacloprid and dipterex. The difference between the bio-insecticide groups and the imidacloprid group was significant, but there was no significant difference between the bio-insecticide groups and the dipterex group.

结果表明：4种杀虫剂处理后拟环纹豹蛛血液中的荧光素浓度远高于对照组，各个处理组拟环纹豹蛛血液样本中的荧光素浓度均与对照组存在极显著差异，可见4种杀虫剂均将对拟环纹豹蛛肠黏膜的屏障功能造成损伤，导致大分子物质易于通过；其中1.5%除虫菊素水乳剂三保奇花和Bt制剂强杀处理后拟环纹豹蛛中肠黏膜的通透性高于仿烟碱类化学杀虫剂吡虫啉处理组，差异达到显著水平，但与有机磷杀虫剂敌百虫处理组差异不显著。

Methods Three hundred cm-long ileus tube was installed into jejunum by nasal cavity under radiophotography observation in 25 cases with recurrent postoperative adhesive ileus,ileus tube was impulsed by enterokinesia to ileum end to relieve adhesive ileus and conduct internal intestinal arrangement.

25例术后反复黏连性小肠梗阻患者，X线监视下经内置金属导丝的引导作用将300 cm长的肠梗阻导管经鼻置入空肠屈氏韧带20 cm以远，即刻小肠内抽吸减压，导管前气囊充水形成水囊，模拟食团在肠蠕动的推动下在小肠内移行，带动导管边吸引减压边向小肠远端前行，到达梗阻的直接上部抽吸减压或通过黏连部至回肠末端全小肠减压，解除肠梗阻。

结果表明：单细胞腺为杯状细胞，主要分布于舌两侧、食道、回肠和直肠；多细胞腺由单泡状腺的颌间腺、复泡状腺的食道腺和单管状腺的胃腺与肠腺组成；肝脏和胰脏消化腺通过一条导管共同开口于空肠的起始部。

Bufotoxin collected from Bufo bufo garigarizans was diluted into 4 different kinds of concentration of 4,6, 8 and 10mg/mL as a factor A, and Enterobacter aerogenes original solutions were diluted with LB liquid medium at 1∶104 and 1∶105 as a factor B.

把采自中华大蟾蜍的蟾酥用蒸馏水稀释成4、6、8、10mg/mL共4种浓度，作为因素A，用LB液体培养基将活化的产气肠杆菌原液按1∶104和1∶105稀释，作为因素B，采用二因子方差分析观察了蟾酥对产气肠杆菌抑菌圈直径的影响，并分析了蟾酥浓度与抑菌圈直径之间的相关关系。

The treadmill training of T-group rats were continuously trained for 4~6 weeks at the intensity of about 75% VO2max (18??5～24m／min,gradient of 0°,each motion lasting 50 minutes,twice a day). Detect the content of gastrocnemius MHC mRNA by gastrocnemius reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,and detect the changes of MHC muscle fiber and its size of cross section area through immunohistochemistry. Meanwhile,apply the electric stimulation to determine the maximal tension of isometric contraction of post-training gastrocnemius.
