对本院自2000年～2007年胃肠道手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的48例患者主要采用禁食水、胃肠减压、补液，维持水、电解质及酸碱平衡、胃肠外营养支持、抗感染、联合应用生长抑素与生长激素、中药汤剂、理疗等综合治疗方法。
