肠弛缓

METHODS Therapeutic effects of carbonate buffer mixture (Na2CO3 50 g, NaHCO3 420 g, KCI 20 g, NaCI 100 g, water 10 L) were observed in 120 cases of gastrointestinal atony including forestomach atony, rumen impaction, rumen acidosis, omasum impaction and intestinal constipation.

为进一步验证碳酸盐缓冲合剂对牛胃肠弛缓自然病例的治疗效果，对前胃弛缓(52例)、瘤胃积食(42例)、瘤胃酸中毒(18例)、瓣胃秘结(6例)、肠便秘(2例)等以酸过多性胃肠弛缓为临床特征的120例病牛投服了碳酸盐缓冲合剂(Na 2CO350 g，NaHCO3420 g，KCl 20 g，NaCl 100 g，常水10 L)。

Colon anal disease:① congenital diseases, such as Hirschsprung's disease;② mesocaval narrow, such as inflammatory bowel disease, trauma and post-intestinal anastomosis narrow, and the transfer of tumor-induced intestinal stenosis;③ exports obstruction, such as the pelvic floor achalasia, rectal intussusception, perineal decline rectocele and so on;④ anal and perianal diseases, such as anal fissure, hemorrhoids, etc.;⑤ Others: such as irritable bowel syndrome.

大肠肛门病：①先天性疾病，如先天性巨结肠；②肠腔狭窄，如炎性肠病、外伤后期及肠吻合术后的狭窄、肿瘤及其转移所致肠狭窄；③出口性梗阻，如盆底失弛缓症、直肠内套叠、会阴下降、直肠前突等；④肛管及肛周疾病，如肛裂、痔等；⑤其他：如肠易激惹综合征。

In addition to identification of the following diseases:(1) pyloric spasm (2) pre-pyloric valve (3) gastric torsion (4) achalasia cardia (5), duodenal obstruction (6) annular pancreas (7) superior mesenteric artery integrated Levy (8) gastric mucosal prolapse (9) congenital short esophagus (10) esophago-tracheal fistula (11) with congenital malrotation.

此外要与下列疾病相鉴别：(1)幽门痉挛(2)幽门前瓣膜(3)胃扭转(4)贲门弛缓(5)十二指肠梗阻(6)环状胰腺(7)肠系膜上动脉综合征(8)胃粘膜脱垂(9)先天性短食道(10)食管气管瘘(11)先天性肠旋转不良。
