To explore the CT manifestation of cystic lymphangioma of intestine and mesentery.

目的 探讨肠及肠系膜囊性淋巴管瘤的CT表现及鉴别诊断。

They were male in 8 eases and female in 14. Pancreatic cystoadenoma was in 14 cases (63.30%) and pancreatic cystoadenocarcinoma in 8(36.3%). It was 1.7:1 between two groups. Tumor at the head of pancreas was 6 cases (27.21%). at body-tail 12 (54.5%). at tail 4 (18.1%). Local resection was performed in one case, pancreatic body-tailectomy pancreatoc1uodenectoni in 3, central pancreatectomy in 2 cases.

男8例，女14例。14例(63.3%)为胰腺囊腺瘤（浆液性6例、黏液性8例），8例(36.3%)为胰腺囊腺癌，两者之比为1.7：l肿瘤位于胰腺头部6例(27.2%)，胰腺体尾部12例(54.5%)，胰腺尾部4例(181%)行胰腺肿瘤局部切除术l例，肤腺体尾部切除术14例，胰头十二指肠切除术3例，胰腺中段切除术2例，囊肿－空肠Roux-Y吻合术1例，T管架桥胆－肠内引流术1例。

Results Incidence of AFP-positive gastric carcinoma was 6.2%(87/1395). Sixty-three cases of AFP-positive gastric carcinoma were divided into four subtype: hepatoid type 22 cases (34.9％), fetal gastrointestinal type 15 cases (23.8%), and mixed type of the hepatoid type with enteroblastic differentiation to be 24 cases(38.1%), and yolk sac tumor-like type 2 cases (3.2％).

结果：AFP阳性胃癌的发生率为6.2％（87/1395例）。63例中依据其病理组织形态学特点和肿瘤组织内癌细胞AFP染色阳性表达，并对比3个月妊娠胚胎胃肠组织学的改变，将其组织学类型分为4个亚型：肝样型22例（34.9％），胎儿胃肠型15例（23.8％）和肝样型伴肠胚分化的混合型24例（38.1％）以及卵黄囊瘤样型2例（3.2％）。

One hundred and eighty bacteria isolated from surface of tunics of Styela conopus Savigny, Styela plicata Lesueur, Molgula manhattensis Delay and their adhesive substrates, as well as 110 ones from nearby water, were investigated.

CT scanning can precisely display the morphologic characteristic of the pathological changes, provide relevant diagnostic evidence and help to differentiate from other cystic diseases.

肠及肠系膜囊性淋巴管瘤是腹部少见囊性病变，多呈分叶状、多房性薄壁囊肿，CT能够准确地显示病变的形态学特徵，并能够提供相应的诊断依据，帮助与其他囊性疾病鉴别。
