Methods The portal venous flow and hepatic arterial flow were measured with Doppler ultrasonic instrument in 25 patients with portal hypertension.The free portal venous pressure was measured by manometric method.The hepatic function was measured by indocynine green retention rate at 15 minutes during perioperative period.

应用超声多普勒分别检测25例门静脉高压症患者手术前后门静脉血流量、肝动脉血流量，采用水柱法测量自由门静脉压力的变化，应用吲哚氰绿15分钟潴留率(R15ICG)分别估测患者手术前后的肝功能。

For 17 cases of esophageal veins and fundic veins bleeding caused by the higher blood pressure in portal vein, we performed angiography in portal vein stem through puncturing the liver, found the bleeding spot, then infuse the embolus into the bleeding veins through super-selection to stop bleeding.

56例动脉性出血采用Seldinger氏法，经股动脉穿刺将导管选择插入可疑出血的动脉内先行DSA检查，明确诊断，再超选择插入出血动脉内注入栓塞材料，栓塞出血动脉。17例门静脉高压致食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血，则采用经皮穿肝至门静脉主干行门静脉造影，明确出血部位，再超选择插管至出血静脉注入栓塞材料进行栓塞治疗。

Methods A rabbit was celiac-perfused by 5-Fu 100mg/Kg.Then assayed the durg concentrations of janitrix,abdominal aorta,peripheral venous,hydroperitoneum and tissues of liver and kidney by liquid chromatography in specific time;60 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were radomized into experimental group and placebo group .
