但过量动脉血(门静脉内动脉血灌流量达到门静脉正常血流量的一倍以上时)灌流肝内门静脉则对肝脏有害，如导致肝内门静脉分支增宽，内膜纤维变性，以及肝细胞微粒体酶活力的改变。

Couinaud's segmengtation of the liver intransaxial imaging has limitations. Three-dimension(3D)angiography ofportal and hepatic venous systems canbe applied to divide hepatic segment accurately. Hepatic segment analyzed by tracking the branches of portalvein is ofmore clinical value.

Results ①It had greatly verisimilar image for the reconstructed 3D liver moulds with artery, vein, portal vein and bile duct; By liver seeing through, it had high fidelity and strong 3D effect for the intrahepatic artery, vein, portal vein and bile duct, and their spatial disposition and course and correlationship were shown clearly.

结果 ①重建的肝脏模型具有肝脏、肝动脉、肝静脉、门静脉和胆道系统，形态逼真，立体感强；肝脏可视化后，肝脏内部管道空间立体感强，肝动脉、肝静脉、门静脉和肝胆管的分布、行程以及相互关系明晰。

The study of relation between hepatogenic peptic ulcer and portal hypertension,transmitter metabolic disturbance,hepatic insufficiency and infection;and the therapeutic principles of complications of peptic ulcer are described.Twenty four of 58 patients with hepatogenic peptic ulcer were examined by color Doppler ultrasound.Portal venous flow volume (24 cases) was 1060.9±96ml/min.

结果47例肝脏灌注异常，有以下几种情况：肝动脉门静脉瘘9例，炎症性充血8例，门静脉、肝静脉阻塞13例，肿瘤盗血现象4例，肝脏迷走血供2例和其它原因1例。结论多层螺旋CT三期增强扫描是评价肝脏异常灌注的有效方法。

RESULTS: On day 2 after PH, oval cells began to proliferate around the portal area, and matrilin-2 deposition was observed in the hepatic sinusoids in the periportal area. On day 9, proliferating oval cells were present in the hepatic acini, and matrilin-2 upregulation was noted. On day 12, as oval cells differentiated to form hepatocellular nodules, matrilin-2 was distributed mainly in the periphery of the nodules, and little protein was present in the nodules.

结果： 肝脏部分切除术(partial hepatectomy， PH)后第2天，卵圆细胞开始向门静脉周围区域增殖， Matrilin-2主要出现在门静脉周围的肝窦状隙内；术后第9天，卵圆细胞进一步向肝实质内增殖， Matrilin-2表达增加；术后第12天，随着卵圆细胞分化为小肝细胞结节，大多数Matrilin-2位于结节周边，少数出现在结节内。

This operation is suitable for the following portal hypertension: simple occlusion of hepatic vein (a pathological type of Budd-Chiari syndrome)thrombosis in portal vein or prehepatic portal hypertension due to cavernous transformation; intrahepatic portal hypertension with rebleeding after treatment of splenectomy or without operation, and the patients with liver function in Child A or B class.
