AIM: To determine the effects of posthepatic manipulative bleeding on the lung injury induced by hepatic ischemia-reperfusionin rat model.

目的： 探讨肝后控制性失血处理对肝脏缺血再灌注所致肺损伤的影响。

In those patients with severe hepatic injuries,however,especially associated with posthepatic venous injury,operative treatment is frequently used,and it continues to be associated with high morbidity and mortality.
