Adding 10% of this serum to culture system could elevate hepatocyte increment and depress ALT in cell culture medium significantly.

结果：每天以成人等效剂量10倍的甲醇提取物间隔8h分两次给正常大鼠灌胃给药，连续3天，末次给药后2h采血制备含药血清比较合理，体系中加入10%该条件下制备的含药血清能明显提高损伤肝细胞的增殖能力、降低细胞ALT泄漏。
