Hepatic diseases are common, about 10% of them die of acute liver failure , ALF is a sever clinical pathophysiological syndrome of metabolic, secretic and immune disarrangement caused by severe hepatocyte dysfunction and decompensation, caused by drug, toxin, severe hepatitis and cirrhosis, liver injury or/and hepatectomy.

本课题为国家"863"计划生物项目的系列研究之一肝病是多发病，其中大约10％患者死于急性肝功能衰竭（acuteliver failure，ALF），是由药物、毒物、重症肝炎或肝硬变、肝外伤或／和肝切除术后致肝细胞功能严重受损、失代偿，引起机体代谢、内分泌、免疫等功能紊乱的一种严重临床病理生理综合症。

Couinaud's segmengtation of the liver intransaxial imaging has limitations. Three-dimension(3D)angiography ofportal and hepatic venous systems canbe applied to divide hepatic segment accurately. Hepatic segment analyzed by tracking the branches of portalvein is ofmore clinical value.

传统的横断解剖Couinaud肝脏分段法存在一定缺陷，三维门静脉和肝静脉成像可以用于肝段解剖的划分，采用门静脉属支追踪法对肝段描述可能更有临床价值。

MethodsOf 47 rat OLTs, 20 were per-formed with conventional two-cuff technique, 27 were combined with external bile drain-age and enterostomy. In the experimental group,a self-made connector was used to rebuid in vitro bile flow bypass, and all rats were placed in self-made restraining cages for bile collection.

47例大鼠原位肝移植，其中27例采用改进术式：在传统肝移植胆道外引流的基础上，加行空肠造瘘，并在体外建立胆汁回流通路，术后通过自制的限制性大鼠笼固定大鼠以便采集胆汁；其余20例仅单纯行肝移植术。

Six healthy no fascioliasis goats confirmed by fecal examination and Dot-ELISA were chosen and randomly divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ groups. Each goat of Ⅰ,Ⅱ groups was orally dosed once 200 and 500 Fasciola hepatica metacercariae and during 11 weeks after infection used for the experiment study. Blood sample was collected by jugular vein weekly, to determine IL-2 and TNF-α levels in serum and IL-2 in supernatant with proliferation of PBL of goats infected with Fasciola hepatica.

试验选择6只健康白山羊（经粪便学检查和Dot-ELISA检测，确认无肝片吸虫感染）随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组，其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ组山羊每只分别1次口服接种200、500个肝片吸虫囊蚴，Ⅲ组作为不感染对照组，每周颈静脉采血1次，连续11周，检测肝片吸虫感染后山羊血清中IL-2、TNF-α水平的变化和外周血淋巴细胞分泌IL-2的能力。

Objects:This research aimed at discussing the relationship between hepatocyte' s apoptosis and middle intensity exercise of different time through comparing apoptosis, liver organization glycogenic content, NO content, expresssion of Bcl-2 and Bax of rats.

目的 评价成年异种动物肝细胞液氮冻存復苏后对人重型肝炎胆红素的代谢活性，探討生物人工肝支持系统使用冻存復苏异种肝细胞的实际价值。

Results calf liver extract at 100 mg/l could protect the hepatocytes from injury, but the effect was not obvious. at 500 mg/l, calf liver extract could protect the hepatocytes obviously. with increasing concentration, the protective effect weakened gradually.

结果 小牛肝提取物在100 mg/l时即可起到保护肝细胞损伤的作用，但效果不明显，在500 mg/l时可明显保护肝细胞损伤，之后随着浓度的加大保护作用逐渐减弱。

Liver function and pathological changes of hepatic tissue were examined.

采用ANIT灌胃制备大鼠急性肝内胆汁淤积病理模型，共32只大鼠，设正常组、正常＋大黄素组、模型组和模型＋大黄素组，观察各组实验动物肝功能各项生化指标和肝组织病理学改变，并采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测肝细胞膜转运蛋白基因多药耐药蛋白1a（mdr1a）、多药耐药蛋白1b（mdr1b）和多药耐药蛋白2（mdr2）mRNA水平的表达，Western blot方法检测肝脏P-糖蛋白的变化。
