Methods:To observe the contents of total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferasein serum ,the contents of malondialdehyde , activity of superoxide dismutase , level of nitrogen monoxide in serum and liver tissue ,hepato-pathohistologic changes by CCl4,αnaphthalin fluorescein isothiocyanate inducing acute liver injury and icterus respectively in mice by po, the effects of sedum lineare thunb on the biochemical changes were analysed.

分别采用四氯化碳（CCl4）、α萘异硫氰酸酯一次性灌胃中毒致小鼠急性肝损伤及黄疸模型，测定血清谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素含量及血清、肝组织中丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、一氧化氮水平和观察肝组织病理变化，分析佛甲草对上述指标的影响。

Methods: One hundred cases of SLE were collected and divided into four groups according to the diagnostic criteria for hyperlipemia and hepatic involvement in SLE: hyperlipemia, nonhyperlipemia, hepatic involvement and nonhepatic involvement groups.

收集SLE患者100例，根据高脂血症和狼疮性肝损害的诊断标准，将患者分为高脂血症组，非高脂血症组和肝损害组，非肝损害组，收集其相关临床数据进行比较分析。

To evaluate the role of collagen Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ in the formation of the pericystic layer of hepatic hydatid cyst The expression of collagen Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ in pericystic layers of hepatic hydatid cysts from 40 patients was observed using immunohistochemical methods.

探讨Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ型胶原在形成肝包虫囊肿周围人体纤维囊壁中的作用及其临床意义。采用免疫组织化学方法检测Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ型胶原在40例肝包虫囊肿周围纤维囊壁中表达。Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ型胶原在肝包虫囊肿周围纤维囊壁中出现特异性分层表达。

Clinical pathology showed liver, spleen and kidney of coinfection chickens swelled from 2 to 4 week. Perihepatitis and pericarditis could be seen. Coinfection chickens, REV chickens and MDV chickens could be seen tumor on liver, spleen, kidney and heart at 5, 6, 6 week.

大体病变结果显示，混合感染组2～4周肝、脾、肾稍肿大，并有肝周炎、心包炎等，混合感染组、攻REV组和攻MDV组分别在5、6、6周时肝、脾、肾、心脏呈不同程度的肿大，有大小不等肿瘤结节。

RESULTS: On day 2 after PH, oval cells began to proliferate around the portal area, and matrilin-2 deposition was observed in the hepatic sinusoids in the periportal area. On day 9, proliferating oval cells were present in the hepatic acini, and matrilin-2 upregulation was noted. On day 12, as oval cells differentiated to form hepatocellular nodules, matrilin-2 was distributed mainly in the periphery of the nodules, and little protein was present in the nodules.

结果： 肝脏部分切除术(partial hepatectomy， PH)后第2天，卵圆细胞开始向门静脉周围区域增殖， Matrilin-2主要出现在门静脉周围的肝窦状隙内；术后第9天，卵圆细胞进一步向肝实质内增殖， Matrilin-2表达增加；术后第12天，随着卵圆细胞分化为小肝细胞结节，大多数Matrilin-2位于结节周边，少数出现在结节内。

Results: A 2-AAF/PH model was successfully established to activate the oval cell compartment in rat liver. HOC appeared mainly in periportal areas and could extend into the liver parenchyma. The volume of oval cells was about as big as one forth to one sixth of normal liver cells, with a oval-shaped nucleus and high nuclear/cytoplasm ratio.

结果：以2-乙酰氨基芴加三分之二肝切除术成功建立了大鼠肝卵圆细胞增殖模型，HE染色汇管区可见大量增殖的小圆细胞，并可向肝实质内延伸，免疫组化证实增生细胞OV-6、c-kit、CKl9及AFP染色阳性，而白细胞共同抗原染色阴性。

METHODS: Ninety-six Wistar rats were randomly divided into the Pringle group, hemihepatic vascular occlusion group and hepatic blood inflow occlusion without hemihepatic artery control group.

将96只Wistar大鼠随机分为Pringle法Ⅰ组、半肝阻断Ⅱ组和保留半肝动脉血供的入肝血流阻断Ⅲ组。

RESULTS: The extract of Aml could reduce the abnormally high levels of ALT and AST. Examined by light microscope , the degeneration and necrosis level of hepatocytes and the distribution of collagen fibrosis were markedly increased in the model group. The pathological changes and the c ollagen fibrosis associated with hepatic fibrosis decreased significantly in the prophylactically treated groups.

结果： 蓍草提取物预防给药能降低 CCl 4所致大鼠血清中异常增高的 ALT 、 AST 含量，光镜下观察肝纤维化模型组大鼠肝细胞严重变性、坏死，胶原纤维明显增加，蓍草预防各组大鼠肝细胞病理损伤得到明显改善。
