DQ group included 30 cases treated by routine treatment and 30 cases treated by integrated TCM and western medicine.30 cases healthy people were enrolled as normal control group. All subjects were hemospasiaed venomously under fasting condition. ELISA measured the markers including TNF-α and IL-6 before and after treatment, as well as SOD and MDA were measured by biochemistry.
