MethodsThe frequency of CD4+CD25+T cells in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 30 cases of severe hepatitis B, 20 cases of chronic hepatitis B, 20 cases of chronic asymptomatic HBV carriers and 10 healthy controls were determined by flow cytometry and their serum HBV DNA levels were detected by Quantitative Fluorogenic PCR.

方法采用流式细胞仪检测30例重型乙型肝炎患者、20例慢性乙型肝炎患者、20例无症状乙肝病毒携带者和10例健康的外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞（CD4+CD25+Treg）的水平，并应用荧光定量PCR方法测定上述研究对象血中HBV DNA滴度。

Results: The incidence of hepatogenous diabetes was 31.36%(53/169) in acute or chronic liver diseases.

结果：肝源性糖尿病在急、慢性肝病中的发生率为31.36%(53/169)，在肝硬化中的发生率高于慢性肝炎与慢性重型肝炎，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。

Methods: Liver puncture for histopathologic examinations were performed in 167 patients suffering from chronic hepatitis B.

对167例慢性乙型肝炎患者行肝穿刺活检，同时检测HBV DNA和其它肝炎病原学标志。

There is still high incidence of hepatitis A in the developping country. 甲型肝炎在发展中国家多年来都有不同程度的流行，甲肝减毒活疫苗和灭活疫苗的使用，为甲肝的预防提供了可靠的手段，但偶有在接种疫苗后发生甲型肝炎的案例，这就需要对患者所感染的病原体进行鉴别，以明确患者发病的原因是接种疫苗引发还是甲肝野毒株感染导致的偶合病例。1975年KOhler和Milstein建立了杂交瘤技术制备了单克隆抗体(monoclonal antibody；McAb)。

The positive cells were scattered in the intralobular areas in acute mild hepatitis and more aggregated in periportal areas in chronic hepatitis. Among the 6 positive cases, 5 had a raised ALT.

在急性肝炎，TTV阳性细胞弥漫分布于肝小叶内，慢性肝炎于汇管区附近较为密集。6例中5例患者有转氨酶增高。

Results In the 260 slices of liver biopsy, there were 20 ones of acute viral hepatitis, 78 ones of chronic hepatitis, 79 ones of hepatocirrhosis, 28 ones of primary liver cell cancer, 27 ones of liver karyon heterogeneity, 20 ones of liver metastatic adenocarcinoma, 12 ones of fatty liver, five ones of alcohol liver, three ones of liver cyst, two ones of congenital bile duct atresia, six ones of illegible structure, 20 ones without liver cell or with few scattered liver cell.

结果 260例肝穿活检组织病例中，急性肝炎20例；慢性肝炎78例；肝硬化39例；原发性肝细胞癌28例；肝细胞核异质27例；肝转移性腺癌20例；脂肪肝12例；乙醇肝5例；肝囊肿3例；先天性胆管闭锁2例；穿刺组织结构模糊6例；未穿到或仅穿到少量肝细胞20例。

The recombi- nant hepatitis B virus polymerase expressed in cells infected by recombinant baculovirus was determined by SDS-PAGE, The hepatitis B virus polymerase was expressed in insect cells at high level.

结论利用杆状病毒表达系统，构建的重组杆状病毒在昆虫细胞中高效表达乙型肝炎病毒多聚酶，为进一步的乙型肝炎病毒多聚酶的体外功能研究奠定了基础。
