120 patients were divided into two groups randomly. We adopt the classical surgical procedures in the first group but make use of improved high thread drawing method.

将高位肛瘘患者120例随机分为二组，第一组采用经典的术式治疗，第二组采用改进后的高挂低旷术式治疗，并将二组疗效及并发症进行对比。

Methods From June 2002 to June 2007, 120 cases with high anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups: 60 cases underwent incision, thread drawing and suture procedure, 60 cases underwent incision, thread drawing and drainage procedure.

对2002年6月至2007年6月收治的120例高位肛瘘患者随机分成切开挂线选择性缝合组（治疗组，60例），切开挂线组（对照组，60例），对两组治愈时间、治愈率、术后疼痛、术后肛门功能进行对照分析。

No recurrence was found. Conclusion Thread??drawing therapy can preserve the anal function and reduce the rates of relapse in the treatment of anal fistula in infant.
