Methods :60 elbows of adult cadavers were dissected.The length and width of the arcuate ligament,the depth of the cubital tunnel,the extension of the ulnar nerve and the distance from medial epicondyle to olecranon as the elbow flexed from neutral to 90 degrees were measured.

观察60个肘关节标本肘管的构成，测量肘管弓状韧带的长宽和肘管中部的深度，以及肘关节屈曲90°时肱骨内侧髁和尺骨鹰嘴距离的变化，尺神经被牵拉的幅度。

The length and width of the arcuate ligament were 9.7±2.3 mm and 14.1±4.2 mm respectively.The depth of the cubital tunel was 5.2±1.1 mm,The extension of ulnar nerve and the distance from epicondyle to olecranon were 7.2%±0.5% and 4.7±1.5 mm.

弓状韧带宽9.7±2.3 mm，长为14.1±4.2 mm，肘管中段的平均深度5.2±1.1 mm，当肘关节曲屈90°时，肱骨内侧髁到尺骨鹰嘴的距离增加4.7±1.5 mm，尺神经被拉长的幅度为7.2%±0.5%。

The major etiology of cubital tunnel syndrome is chronic injury with sustained compression of ulnar nerve around elbow joint.

结论］肘部的创伤及慢性劳损可以导致肘管弓状韧带出现肥厚增生，引起尺神经卡压磨损，这是肘管综合征最常见的病因；其他病因还包括慢性骨关节炎，占位病变和先天异常；尺神经可被机械性卡压和磨损，出现慢性缺血缺氧，导致肘管综合征的发生；详细的体格检查和术前的肌电图检查是诊断肘管综合征的主要手段，在诊断时应注意该病与其他部位迟发性尺神经麻痹的鉴别。

Results ①Guttate lesion was predominant in active stage; guttate, nummularis and geogrphic lesion prevailed in steady stage; however, guttate, nummularis, cyclic and zonular lesion were mainly in restoration stage;②The most involved site was the scalp; the calf, elbow and thigh followed; and mucosa, nail and genitals were the least involved.

结果 ①524例寻常型银屑病患者进行期皮损以点滴状居多，稳定期患者以点滴状、钱币状、地图状为主，环状、带状则少见。而退行期则以点滴状、钱币状、环状、带状多见。②103例寻常型银屑病患者皮损的初发部位和421例再发患者皮损的现分布部位均以头皮最多，其次是小腿、肘、大腿等，最少见于粘膜、甲、外生殖器等。
