目的：本文通过研究黄芪注射液对肺肾气瘀证慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床治疗效果以及对蛋白尿、血浆白蛋白、血浆胆固醇、血肌酐、尿素氮、尿β_2-微球蛋白(β_2-MG)、血流变学、T细胞亚群、血浆内皮素、一氧化氮的影响，从现代医学的角度探讨其治疗作用机理。

The results showed that Shenfukang can eliminate urine protein, increase the levels of serum protein, albumin, globulin and A/G ratio, and decrease the contents of serum cholesterol, creatinine and urea nitrogen.

结果表明，肾复康可消除C-BSA肾炎模型大鼠尿蛋白，升高C-BSA肾炎模型大鼠血清总蛋白、白蛋白含量及白蛋白/球蛋白比值，降低C-BSA肾炎模型大鼠胆固醇含量、血清肌酐和尿素氮含量，对肾功能具有保护作用。
