Methods:Celiac injection of Acetamide hyposulfite 300mg/for 2days to rat was used as an animal model of hepatorenal syndrome.

给大鼠腹腔注射硫代乙酰胺300mg/，共2天，制造肝肾综合征模型。测定大鼠血中ALT/GPT、CRE、UREA、TBL、NO、内毒素、ET及ATⅡ的量。同时测定16h尿量，并计算肌酐清除率。

Diagnostic criteria for AKI are proposed based on acute alterations in serum creatinine or urine output.

AKI的诊断标准基于血清肌酐或尿排出量的急性改变。

结果 ：原发性肾病综合征在病情中突然发生少尿或无尿，肾功能急骤恶化，血尿素氮及肌酐上升，排除继发性肾小球疾病及其他原因引起的急性肾小管坏死、急性间质性肾炎和双肾静脉主干血栓形成，经甲基强的松龙和环磷酰胺或吗替麦考酚酯及标准疗程泼尼松、血液透析等对症治疗，32例患者肾功能均改善。

Objective To evaluate the precise、accurate and specific of enzymatic method for assaying creatinine in serum.

摘要］ 目的：评价肌氨酸氧化酶法检测血清中肌酐含量的准确度、特异性和精确度。

The detection wavelength was selected at 220 nm. Results The method was linear over the concentration range of 2100 mgL^(-1) for creatine, uric acid, creatinine and hippuric acid and 100-1000 mgL^(-1) for urea. The mean recovery of the method was 97.6%-105.7%. The precisions were less than 4.2%.

结果肌酸、肌酐、尿酸和马尿酸的质量浓度在2~100 mgL^(-1)内、尿素的质量浓度在100~1 000 mgL^(-1)内线性关系良好，方法平均回收率为97.6%~105.7%，RSD均小于4.2%。

结果 肌酸、肌酐、尿酸和马尿酸的质量浓度在2～100 mg·L-1内、尿素的质量浓度在100～1000 mg·L-1内线性关系良好，方法平均回收率为97.6%～105.7%，RSD均小于4.2%。

Results After 24,48,72 and 96 hours of gunshot wound,the plasma level of ALT was significantly increased than that of the unwounded;AST(at 2nd,8th,24th and 48th hour),CK(at 2nd,8th and 24th hour),TG(at 24th,48th,72nd and 96th),BUN(at 2nd,8th and 24th) and DAO(at 8th,24th and 48th) were increased greatly.

1.2 检测指标所有致伤犬均于低温前、低温后即刻和伤后2，8，24，48，72和96小时抽血测丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、肌酸激酶、甘油三酯、尿素氮、肌酐、内毒素和二胺氧化酶含量，并同时观察生命体征的变化。
