结果发现新生猪经2小时缺氧缺血后，在脑组织出现类似新生儿HIE病理损害的同时，肾脏出现肿胀，包膜下出血，肾小管上皮细胞肿胀，管腔变窄，少数上皮细胞坏死脱落，肾小管基膜完整，血清尿素氮及肌酐明显升高（P＜0.025及P＜0.05），表明在HIE状态下新生猪已出现肾脏的病理及功能损害，但损害程度较轻，解除缺氧72小时后，上述损害基本恢复正常。

Benzoate (400 mg/kg) or creatinine (400 mg/kg), two inhibitors of DAAO, blocked D-NNA-induced pressor responses in rats.
