In the basal lamina region under gland epithelium, there are a few connective tissue; Surface view of the hypobranchial gland could be see by scanning electron microscope, there are cilia and different kinds of secretions distributed. Ultrastructure of the hypobranchial gland could be understand by transmission electron microscope, supporting cells, sensory cells and seven types gland cell were observed to form the glandular epithelium; cells with much rough endoplasmic reticulum,smooth muscle fiber and nerve endings were found beneath glandular epithelium, among basal lamina region.

光镜下H-E染色切片中腺上皮区仅可以区分出四种类型的细胞：弱嗜碱性纤维样细胞、强嗜碱性纤维样细胞、嗜酸性颗粒分泌细胞和纤毛细胞等；腺上皮下的基底膜区有少量结缔组织存在；扫描电镜下可以观察到鳃下腺表面的纤毛及腺细胞的分泌物等情况；透射电镜下观察到腺上皮中有支持细胞、感觉细胞和7种类型的腺细胞；近基底膜区观察到富含粗面内质网的细胞；基底膜间为薄层疏松结缔组织，内含肌细胞及神经末梢等结构。

Results In dioestrous mice, many iNOS+ cells were found in the stroma of endometrium. There was no obvious differences between the immunized mice and the control mice. In the uterus on 3 day of pregnancy, however, there was obvious difference about the iNOS quantity in uterus between the immunized and the control mice. There was strong positive reaction on the epithelia of endometrium and the endometrial gland in the lamina propria in control mice, while the staining of iNOS in the uterus of SA-30 immunized mice was very weak, only a few of iNOS+ cells were observed in the myometrium.

结果 SA-30免疫后对间情期小鼠子宫内的iNOS没有明显瘙痒影响，无论是免疫组还是对照组，在子宫内膜基质中均有大量阳性偏瘫细胞分布，两者无明显瘙痒差异；在妊娠第3d时，对照组的小鼠子宫中有较多iNOS表达，阳性标记主要集中在内膜上皮及固有膜中的子宫腺上，经SA-30免疫的小鼠子宫中，iNOS表达则显著减少，整个内膜标记极弱，只在子宫肌层内有少量iNOS阳性偏瘫细胞分布。

Results CsA clearly decreased creatinine clearance and increased urinary excretion of N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase in rats as compared with those in the vehicle group. Morphologic changes consisted of vacuolization of tubular cell, expansion of the interstitium and interstitial fibrosis, hyalinization of afferent arterioles. Severity of the injury was related to the dosage of CsA. Striped interstitial fibrosis and arteriolopathy were more severe in the rats treated with CsA and low-salt diet than with CsA and normal diet.

结果 用CsA的大鼠出现尿量增多、内生肌酐清除率下降、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶排泄增多等；病理上表现为不同程度的细胞浊肿、空泡变性及灶性分布的间质纤维化和小动脉病变，随CsA剂量的增加，病变呈加重趋势；结合低钠饮食，CsA慢性肾毒性病变明显加重。
