Through analyzing the consecutive deconvolved 3-D images of secretory vesicles, we calculated the 3-D diffusion coefficients of vesicles in both resting and stimulated cells, further obtained the relative numbers of released vesicles in readily releasable pool and the rate of recruitment for this pool during certain period after stimulation applied,and analyzed the process of that the filamentous actin regulated the mobility of secretory vesicles.
