Methods Fifty surgical specimens of uterine leiomyoma and corresponding normal myometrium were collected. The expression of TGF-β1 mRNA was detected by in situ hybridization; while the expression of TGF-β1 and IGF-1R proteins was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method.

Methods The expression of bcl-2 and bax were examined by immunohistochemical ABC staining with specific antibodies in 34 cases of uterine leiomyosarcomas (18 cases in stage Ⅰ, 1 in stage Ⅱ, 8 in stage Ⅲ, and 7 in stage Ⅳ), 34 uterine leiomyomas and 34 normal myometrium samples.

Results Compared with CRF group, nephrogenic hypertension of hemin group was reduced significantly at the 6th, 8th, 10th week after operation, and followed with the decrease of serum creatinine, BUN,urinary protein and the improvement of nephrogenic anemia at the 10th week after operation. Hemin not only increased the expression of HO-1, reduced the expression of ET-1 in the kidney, but also increased the concentration of carbon monoxide, reduced the level of ET-1 in the plasm.

同时，在术后第10周hemin组比CRF组血肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白显著降低(P＜0.05)，贫血明显改善(P＜0.05)；肾组织中HO-1表达明显增加，血浆中内源性CO水平明显升高，肾组织和血浆中ET-1水平明显降低(P＜0.05)。

Methods: A total of 42 eligible patients with ARF were randomly divided into two groups. Besides routine treatments for ARF, patients in therapeutic group were administrated with 5 000 U EPO, twice a week.
