Results These two patients were confirmed to suffer from DMD. They were characterized by typical features of DMD including typical clinical manifestations, increased serum enzymes, EMG presenting myogenic impairment, HE staining presentation belonging to DMD, negative dystrophin in brother, and inconstantly positive on the sarcolemma of sister. Furthermore, no deletion or duplication was found in the 1-79 exons of dystrophin gene. The suffering brother and sister carried the same maternal X chromosome.

结果 兄妹二人符合DMD诊断，具有典型的DMD临床表现，肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶、羟丁酸脱氢酶和谷草转氨酶的水平均显著高于正常值，肌电图呈肌源性损害，肌肉HE染色符合DMD，男患者的抗肌萎缩蛋白表达阴性，女患者的少量肌纤维仍可见不连续膜阳性，两患者抗肌萎缩蛋白基因的1~79号外显子未见缺失和重复突变，女患者与男患者携带相同的母源性X染色体。

The main components were a lateral expansion to the oblique popliteal ligament; a direct arm, which attached to the tibia; and an anterior arm. The oblique popliteal ligament, the largest posterior knee structure, formed a broad fascial sheath over the posterior aspect of the knee and measured 48.0 mm in length and 9.5 mm wide at its medial origin and 16.4 mm wide at its lateral attachment. It had two lateral attachments, one to the meniscofemoral portion of the posterolateral joint capsule and one to the tibia, along the lateral border of the posterior cruciate ligament facet. The semimembranosus also had a distal tibial expansion, which formed a posterior fascial layer over the popliteus muscle.

According to a completely randomized block design, 54 pigs (Larger White×Landrace) with an average weight of 53kg were assigned to three treatments. The diets contained the same amino acid pattern (TDLys : TDMet : TDThr : TDTrp=100 : 34.6 : 71.7 : 19.2) and digestibile energy levelDE 3200 kcalkg^(-1 with different crude protein levels (CP 10%, 18% and 26%, respectively). The trial lasted for 67 days before slaughter, and longissimus dorsi, psoas major, semaitendinosus, semimembranosus, arm triceps, glutaeus medius, the area, diameter and density of the muscle fibers were measured.

Mainly using protein - film voltammetric technique, we have achieved direct electrochemical response of lots of proteins such as hemoglobin, myoglobin, cytocrome c, cytocrome b5, horseradish peroxiase, GOD ,Vitreoscillia sp. haemoglobin, etc., at a series of protein membrane modified electrodes, for instance, protein/kieselgubr, protein/polyethylene glycol, protein/polyethyleneimine, protein/phosphatidylcholine, protein/DNA, protein/montmorillonite/polyvinyl alcohol, protein/silver nanoparticle/ cysteamine membrane modified electrode, etc., which are prepared by casting, incorperating or layer by layer self-assembly methods. Electrochemical behavior of these proteins in the films have been studied, and their structural and conformational changes have also been examined with spectrometric techniques.

Results The supra-orbital nerve passes through the deep fascia of frontal muscle and epicranial aponurosis with an 52.8±7.4° angle before it enters the frontalis. Its diameter is 1.4±0.3 mm.

Thirty patients who had definite chronic lumboscaral compartment syndrome without other lumbal diseases were choosed respectively to test muscle force of lumbar and abdomen, intra-sacrospinal muscle pressure, blood routine, ESR, Ck, CK-MM LDH and LDHs. All patients received decompressive operation. Skeletal muscle specimens taken from sacrospinal muscle in each operation were possessed for bistological and ultrastrucluml observation. All of enzyme tests were normal.

方法］选取明确诊断为腰骶部慢性骨筋膜间隔综合征且未合并其他腰部疾病的患者30例，分别行腰腹肌肌力测定，竖脊肌内压测定，血常规，血沉，肌酸激酶及同工酶，乳酸脱氢酶及同工酶(LDH5)测定，采用骨筋膜间隔切开减压手术治疗。

Interrupted suture the epineurium tube and the distal nerve end make a 5 mm nerve mamuro for the injury nerve.Results: Postperative observation lasted for 6 weeks regeneration nerve through the 5 mm nerve mamuro.

在大鼠的坐骨神经距股方肌下缘15mm处，用1ml注射器向神经外膜下注入1ml生理盐水，然后于此处切断坐骨神经，用显微镊环形拉伸近端神经外膜，在距断端约7mm处用显微剪环形剪开神经外膜，并继续拉伸外膜使外膜两断端间距约5mm停止，用8-0的无损伤缝线桥接神经外膜两端，在神经近端形成约5mm的神经外膜管，将神经外膜管与神经远端间断缝合，使断伤的神经束间留有5mm的小间室。
